If it was a Summoning-type Superpower, then it was most likely one that summoned creatures from other worlds.

After all, a creature as formidable as this Nine-headed Serpent couldn’t possibly exist in the Interstellar without any record of it.

Unless it wasn’t from the Interstellar at all.

Regardless of which type of Superpower it was, the person who possessed it was undoubtedly extremely powerful!
