Chapter 1301: Chapter 1302: Skyscraper Realm, Sword in the Stone

Since ancient times, it has been passed down that there are in total four Skyscraper Realms, respectively controlled by the Saint, the Sage, the Wise One, and The Fool.

The Skyscraper Realm symbolizes the highest achievement of the Trickster civilization, a condensation of Mysterious Power; it can even be understood as a high-level Trickster using his own spiritual power to gather tens of thousands of low-level Shapeshifters, thereby creating a world of Mysterious Power.

Within every such world of Mysterious Power, there must be a foundation of the Trickster civilization serving as the World’s Heart, such as the Mystical Weaving Machine of the Fool’s Sky Realm.

The Strength of the Skyscraper Realm far exceeds what the outside world can imagine!

This kind of world as the concretization of spiritual power is fundamentally not something that can be compared with the spiritual power Secret Realm once possessed by the Black Isotta Stigmata Wizard.

Thousands of mountains and myriad peaks, emerald ranges layered upon each other, streams flowing through ravines, clouds rolling for ten thousand li.

At the summit of Firmament Mountain, a sea of clouds and mists flows beneath the peaks, as if dividing heaven and earth into two different worlds.

"Can the balance be maintained?"

Upon this peak, the Saint who had been sitting cross-legged facing the Sword in the Stone for an unknown number of years had wisps of black smoke constantly seeping out from the seams of the straw that wove his body, melting into this Skyscraper Realm, as he asked the Sky-crafting Trickster who had descended behind him, his voice calm and deep.

The Saint, the strongest of the Trickster’s Clan!

"The Sixth Epoch Death Star has not entered into large-scale battle with us. They should know that we only seek to maintain the Balance Rules, waiting for the Mystical Weaving. In these years, the reactions of the Mystical Weaving Machine have grown more and more intense. The Fool is already able to foresee that this Mystical web is gradually taking shape; we are walking toward history."

The Saint’s eyes, shrouded in flickering flames, were sky-blue. A Mirror hung before his chest, the metal frame about it bearing some bronze rust, looking tattered and worn. Phantom after phantom flashed and vanished upon its surface, and one could faintly hear within it the sinister murmurs of a Devil.

"Then let it continue thus. Once the Sword in the Stone is unsealed, it must be stained with endless blood before the blood-drenched Mysterious Will within can be resolved and once more return to the surface of this Dimensional Dimension. If the heavens-sundering stone need not be used, then we shall not use it."

Pausing for a moment, the Saint continued, "The secret behind the dispute between the Ironblood Galaxy and the Mother Nest, is it related to that Mystical Weaver in The Fool’s words?"

"Yes!" 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖

As this Sky-crafting Trickster spoke, the straw weaving his body stirred with agile life, and a curtain of light appeared before the Saint.

...

Above the mineral source of the Dead Star Crater in the Void Meteorite Great World.

The chaotic storm raged wantonly. Green stood tall within the storm, already overawed by the unprecedented chaos about to erupt here in this very moment, the last calm before the storm.

As though standing at the very center of a hurricane’s eye, far above Green’s head the boundless battlefield fought till heaven and earth turned dim; fragments of explosions and mangled corpses of flesh rained down like raindrops onto the vast and boundless Void Meteorite Continent.

Although it was only probing contact, Green could imagine the horror if the three civilizations truly entered a life-and-death struggle where only one could survive, with this place becoming the very center of the battlefield!

The dispute between the Wizarding Alliance and the Metal Destroyer civilization was being fought simultaneously across the Four Great Worlds and thousands of small and medium worlds, and the long battlefront had dispersed much of the conflict.

Yet at this moment, this place was the convergence point of the three civilizations’ contention!

Once a war of civilizations erupted, with follow-up legions from all three civilizations pouring in without end, then even with Green’s current Strength, he would still be but a sailboat amid a furious ocean, hard-pressed to affect the tide and only able to drift along with the waves.

And if it were only that, it might still be tolerable.

The key is—!

Down below, within the Dead Star Crater of the Void Meteorite Great World, the cave that was gradually spreading had already expanded several times compared to before. Even though intense fluctuations of time and space and great quantities of faint purple unknown energy obscured it, under the perception of the Green Truth Mask and the instinctive reaction toward enemies of Wizards, it was simply impossible to conceal that incomparably rich, vast, and majestic Abyss Will.

Absolutely certain, completely sure—Green could confirm it!

The other side of this spacetime fluctuation was the Abyss civilization world!

The Abyss civilization, any world it invaded would suffer Abyss erosion and merge with the Abyss Will; even the Ancient Wizarding World did not escape.

If not for the final critical moment when Antonio, at the cost of his own life and the boundless wealth of the Ancient Wizards, activated the Lever of Destiny to pry the Wizard World loose and escape, the Wizard World would likely already be part of the Abyssal World by now.

Even so, within the present Wizard World, the Abyssal Underworld remains a portion of the Abyss civilization that cannot be utterly erased. The Strength of Abyss Moss is simply too great!

Approximately, among the known life systems of the Wizard World, only the Six Ring Algae can contend with it.

"Now, I stand here as the representative of the Wizarding Alliance’s Demon Hunting Expedition; gathered here are the three civilizations of the Ironblood Galaxy, the Tricksters, and the Mother Nest. These violet vapors are very likely yet another civilization... Has the weaving of fate already begun!?"

Green knew that one of the meanings of a Civilization World’s existence is to grow stronger through war!

Yet paradoxically, once a super-civilization appears that threatens to destroy the Balance Rules of the Endless World, fate will, by means beyond imagination, gather more and more civilizations together to jointly oppose this super-civilization. The horror of that... according to what the Xiahe civilization remnants recorded, would be a despair utterly beyond comprehension.

And to avoid such despair, these super-civilizations have but one path: to challenge fate itself, to challenge that higher-dimensional something outside the box that manipulates destiny!

"Hiss... Infinite Microcosm, Dimensional Esophagus, Void Traverse! This so-called Void Traverse, could it refer to defeating the fate-weaving Endless World? To completely seize this Dimensional Dimension, control this Endless World Box, and after dismantling and analyzing this box, walk out!? Could it be that the Abyss civilization has not yet fully decided which path to take?"

All manner of shocking conjectures burst forth from Green, standing within the vortex at the eye of the storm.

At this moment, Green for the first time truly experienced the terror of fate!

Clearly it could not be sensed, clearly it could not be proven, yet everything already seemed arranged. Even a civilization as powerful as the Abyss was ultimately but a toy to be played with by fate. That was a Strength of a higher Dimensional Dimension, a Strength utterly beyond the understanding of the Endless World!

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

"The Mystical Weaver!"

Several Trickster Scarecrows plunged into the chaotic storm. Guided by some unknown indication, they located Green’s position at the first possible moment and flew toward him.

By contrast, those Ironblood Battleships and Mother Nest Swarm did not seek out Green immediately, but rushed straight toward that secret deep within the crater, the very origin of all this contention.

Although they had already prepared for an all-out war, and even the follow-up war legions of the entire cluster of worlds were already on the way, in the face of a war that would decide the life and death of civilizations, no amount of preparation was ever enough.

Green glanced at the several Tricksters, silently nodded, and the Three-Colored Light Eyes beneath the Face of Truth showed a faint loss and worry.

"Below..."

Rumble, rumble, rumble!

Suddenly!

The sound of spacetime shattering erupted from within the Void Meteorite Great World. The violent shock of time and space actually swept away the chaotic storm raging on the surface. Majestic night-like smoke surged forth along with an unbelievably powerful Dominators’ presence.

"This..."

Joy!

Amazement!

Terror!

Though he did not see it, Green, in the very first instant, acutely sensed the change in this Dominators’ Will; clearly, it had already perceived the inconceivably fearsome Strength converging at this terminus of spacetime.
