Above The Sky
Chapter 2089 - 49: Love Moves the Sun and Shifts the Stars (1w2)_8
Indeed, due to the Aether fluctuation caused by his ascension to Star God, the Terra Sun has been activated, entering the ’active phase’ of the Calamity of Light—it’s about to erupt with more Essence Fragments, and an electromagnetic storm that will affect the entire Solar System. Because of its gravitational changes, the trajectory of every planet in the Terra Star System has shifted.
This cannot be left unresolved.
Taking a deep breath, Star God Ian raised his hand, utilizing his last bit of strength.
Countless Inscriptions unfolded before Ian’s eyes, one wheel after another, layer upon layer, over a hundred gigantic Star Level Inscription Arrays expanded and meshed together like gears, rotating with perfect order—the most sublime structure.
This is the ’coding’ by which the Aether Star God controls the cosmos, commanding all things in the world, the ’Rules’ of this realm.
Star Gods are those who grasp this Logos and limitless power, beings who can endlessly transform the universe.
Like a second sun, all of Terra became brighter, and infinite Space-Time vibrations emanated from the Inscription Arrays before Ian.
Then... the world stood still.
All the winds, all the waves, all the burning flames came to a halt.
And then...
The trajectories of Terra and the twin moons slowly returned to their original positions.
From afar, the sun’s brilliance gradually resumed its calm, no longer as frighteningly scorching as before.
The sun returned to normal, causing slight alterations to the entire orbit of the Terra Star System, rendering it more stable.
And all of this was because of Ian’s will, Ian’s intention, Ian’s desire.
Ian’s... love.
—Yes, it is love that moves the sun and shifts the stars.
After accomplishing all of this, Ian slowly withdrew his hand.
The Star God’s Body began to crumble.
In the starry sky, the massive body of the God of Light slowly disintegrated.
And as the Divine Body shattered, Star God Ian slowly turned his head and gazed toward Terra.
He smiled, and then dissipated.
The God of Light transformed into Aether fragments that flew across the entire Terra Star System.
A human form fell from the core of the God of Light, four beams of light soared from Dragon Island at incredible speed, catching this human who had fallen from the Divine Heaven to the Human Realm, borne by the Star-Town Dragon King.
[Ian, are you alright?!]
The Dragon Kings, both urgent and cautious so as not to disturb Ian, spoke: [What do you need? Please hang on! Whatever it is...]
"Don’t talk anymore."
Lying on the back of the Star-Town Dragon King, Ian weakly waved his hand and spoke with a helpless smile: "My head feels huge. The observational power of the Star God Level allowed me to see many things I couldn’t see before... It’s okay, I’m just no longer a Star God. But the techniques I’ve mastered, the Star God Level powers, and the transformation brought by the Great Aether Circulation... have all made me stronger." 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺
"If we have to say it, it’s considered Half-Step to Sixth Energy Level; initially possessing the traits of a Star God with the pinnacle ninth layer limit of the Fifth Energy Level."
"Ian..." And the only human, who was also Ian’s friend Carlos, ignored Ian’s lively and nonsensical remarks. He raised his hand in surprise, pointing to Ian’s face: "Your eyes..."
"My eyes?"
Ian turned his head in some confusion, then saw his current eyes reflected in Carlos’s gaze.
Originally, Ian’s eyes were like gemstones, as clear as the azure sky, constantly flowing, as if reflecting past and future.
Anyone who saw his eyes would believe him to be a Prophet.
But now... though still glowing blue, Ian’s eyes seem to have an endless stream of star fragments, encompassing infinity, containing endless expanse, embracing the Great Expansion of all things.
The blue Milky Way Wheel, ceaselessly circulating, eternally unfaltering, infinite parallel dimensions seemingly rotating within.
"Well, it’s pretty nice-looking."
Saying this, Ian suddenly lowered his head, startling Carlos to almost jump off the Dragon King’s back, but soon, the calm breathing eased the emperor’s worry.
He fell asleep.
Ian, with a smile, entered a long-lost, peaceful and serene slumber.
