"I’m down here on my knees because I never got the chance to propose to you the way you truly deserved back then," Voren said, sounding bitter sweet.

Soft laughter mixed with sniffles and quiet tears spread through the audience. Even the people who had been fighting so hard not to cry couldn’t help smiling through it all.

"I’ve loved you since we were just kids running around together," he said, his eyes never leaving hers for even a second. "And somehow, impossibly, I love you even more deeply now than I ever did before."

That smile on his face carried the weight of years and years of beautiful, painful, unforgettable memories.

"Life has thrown every kind of test and heartbreak at us that I never could have imagined, but no matter how far it pulled us apart, my heart always found its way straight back to you, every single time."

He reached out gently and took her hand in his.

His grip tightened just a little, warm and sure.

Moisture built up in his eyes as he fought to keep going, his emotions pouring out stronger than ever.

A single tear finally broke free and rolled down his cheek despite how hard he tried to hold it back.

A soft, watery laugh escaped him as he shook his head in pure disbelief and joy. "I honestly still can’t believe you’re finally mine again after all this time. It feels like a dream I never want to wake up from."

By now, more than half the guests were openly wiping away tears, their faces full of emotion.

Seraphine’s own vision blurred completely as happy tears streamed down her cheeks.

She smiled through all of it, bright and radiant, as Corvine stepped up quietly and handed the wedding ring over to Voren.

Never breaking eye contact with her, Voren slid the ring onto her finger with such care and tenderness. It fit perfectly, like it had always been meant to be there. "Till death do as part, Sera, and even after that, I promise I’ll never love anyone else."

He lifted her hand slowly and pressed a long, lingering kiss to the back of it, sending waves of warmth flooding through her entire chest.

Unable to stand seeing him kneeling there any longer, Seraphine curled her fingers tightly around his and gently tugged him back up to his feet.

The second he stood, his tall, strong frame towered over her again in that way that always made her feel so safe and cherished.

She tilted her head back to meet his eyes, completely lost in those familiar dark depths that held her whole world.

A soft, glowing smile curved her lips. "V..." she breathed out, her fingers still wrapped warmly around his, "As I stand here today, right in front of you and everyone we care about, I make this promise to you with everything I’ve got," Seraphine said, her voice soft but incredibly steady, each word pouring straight out from the deepest part of her heart.

Her fingers stayed tightly wrapped around Voren’s as she held his gaze, never wanting to look away. "I vow to look up to you through every single stage of our lives together, no matter what comes our way."

A gentle, loving smile curved her lips as the emotions swelled inside her.

"From this day forward, I’m dedicating my whole life to being the woman you’ve always dreamed of having by your side. I’ll stand right next to you through every choice you make, support you fiercely when things get tough and heavy, and trust you completely as my husband, and the man I chose with every piece of my heart."

Her eyes shimmered with unshed tears that threatened to spill over at any moment.

"No matter what life decides to throw at us, whether the days are bursting with pure joy or weighed down with tough challenges, I will never, ever leave your side. I’ll fight for us just as hard as you’ve always fought for me, with everything I have and more."

She squeezed his hand a little tighter, pouring all her love into that simple touch.

"And I promise to spend the rest of my life making you the happiest man on this earth..."

"The richest too," Leon called out from his seat without missing a beat, his timing perfect as always.

Laughter exploded across the yacht instantly, warm and full of joy. Even the priest couldn’t hold back a big smile.

Seraphine let out a helpless laugh and shook her head, her cheeks flushing with happiness. "Till death do us part, and even after that, I promise I’ll never love anyone else."

Still smiling brightly through it all, Seraphine accepted the wedding ring from Jasmine. For just a second, she admired the simple, beautiful band before carefully taking Voren’s left hand in hers.

Her fingers trembled ever so slightly with all the overwhelming feelings rushing through her as she slowly slid the ring onto his finger. The golden band settled perfectly into place, like it had been waiting for this exact moment.
