"Alright, everyone, let’s eat!"

When Feng Jinglei returned, Zhuang Yanyan directly pulled her towards the dining room. A servant came over and took Feng Jinglei’s coat from her hands.

Today, Feng Jinglei’s appetite was rather good, perhaps because her mood was different, which in turn improved her appetite.

Hearing his question, Zhuang Yanyan and Qin Guozhong also couldn’t help but raise their heads, surprised by their grandson’s mention of "hospital."

She actually went to the hospital. Does this mean she’s still unwell?

Qin Feimo lowered his head and continued eating, picking up some vegetables but not rushing to put it in his mouth, instead pausing as he continued, "So you went to the hospital with him too?"

Feng Jinglei was taken aback again, having no choice but to look up at him.

How did he know she went to the hospital today? Was it just by chance that he saw her, or... did he have someone monitor her?

"Jinglei, did you go to the hospital today? Why? Are you feeling unwell somewhere?" Hearing she went to the hospital, Zhuang Yanyan asked, her face full of concern.

Feng Jinglei turned her head and glanced at the concerned Zhuang Yanyan, "I..."

Unsure of what to say, she finally turned back to Qin Feimo.

She couldn’t lose her composure; she needed to determine first whether he was merely guessing or if he had indeed seen her.

"How did you know I went to the hospital?" she asked cautiously, looking at him.

He glanced at her, "I saw you."

These three words made Feng Jinglei even more anxious.

He saw her? Wasn’t he supposed to be at the airport picking up his cousin? How did he happen to see her at the hospital?

"Weren’t you going to pick up Sijue?"
