Next, came the Yang Fire Tiger, the counterpart to the Yin Fire Tiger. Lei Jun took another deep breath. As his mana flowed, it was as if he was manifesting the aspects of Liangyi. The ever-changing Liangyi made the Yin and Yang stand out. Although the fierce tiger formed of azure flames was mighty, it currently sat in quiet repose to one side of Lei Jun. On the other side of his body, threads of air began to converge. The energy flow was warm and decidedly yang in nature, then it grew fervent, like light, like fire.

Unlike the Yin Thunder Dragon he had previously contemplated, Lei Jun now pondered the Yang Fire Tiger, and it took a lot more thought. This was because the Yin Thunder Dragon originated from the Xuánxiāo Five Thunder Talisman, which Lei Jun had started to create and explore on his own when his cultivation was still in the Lower Three Heavens. After that, during his process of improvement, he never abandoned his efforts to refine and ponder over the Five Thunder Talisman. As Lei Jun’s own cultivation ascended, the Five Thunder Talisman also evolved into the Yin Five Thunder Righteous Dharma, eventually becoming the Xuánxiāo Five Thunder Talisman, and finally giving birth to the Yin Thunder Dragon. Though it hadn’t been long since its inception and there was still room for continuous perfection, the progression line was complete; it was unbroken all the way through.

The Yin Fire Tiger and the Dual Polarity Immortal Body certainly provided a foundation for the Yang Fire Tiger. However, to create something purely from nothing required more time for exploration. As his mana condensed, not only did the Yin Fire Tiger appear, but the Destiny Star God also materialized at this moment. It took its place directly on the other side of Lei Jun, opposite the Yin Fire Tiger. The Destiny Star God itself did not match the Yin Fire Tiger in the aspect of Liangyi. Amidst the distortion of the air, Lei Jun felt as if he were observing a great sun up close, its surface and edges flickering with tongues of flame. This was the yang-attribute fire Lei Jun had prepared to refine and contemplate for himself, the counterpart to the yin-attribute Nine Abyss True Fire: Celestial Chen True Fire. It was a fire of utmost yang and utmost intensity, like a burning star. Wang Guiyuan’s Heavenly Ash Celestial Remains aided him, and the fire emanated from Lei Jun’s own Destiny Star God. Guided by the Dual Polarity Immortal Body and the Nine Abyss True Fire, this new type of yang true fire finally began to take shape.

Although the cultivation process was not as smooth and quick as that of the Yin Fire Tiger, Lei Jun was not impatient. He cultivated with a serene heart, constantly pondering and perfecting. In the aspect of Liangyi, opposite the Nine Abyss True Fire, strands of Celestial Chen True Fire finally began to emerge. The flames faintly displayed a golden-red hue, reminiscent of Tang Xiaotang’s Pure Gold Fierce Flames, yet completely different. Thus, the golden-red flames and the azure flames started to revolve gently on either side of Lei Jun’s body.

He was in quite a good mood. His own disciple seemed to have inherited his legacy in this respect.
