"C-Can you repeat that for me?" Selena muttered with a dazed look on her face, unable to believe what she’d just heard.

"I said the Demon God has ended your punishment, so you can leave Death Paradise," Yuan repeated.

"Why would he do that? Did you...?" Selena’s eyes trembled as they stared at him.

Yuan nodded, "I just tried asking him, and it somehow worked out."

"Th-thank you! Truly!" Selena subconsciously bowed her head to him, something she hadn’t done since becoming a Transcendent.

"There’s no need to thank me. I didn’t really do anything."

Yuan turned to look at the crimson cocoon nearby and approached it.

"Dena..." Yuan had considered asking Deemo to assist Dena with her ascension, but ultimately decided against it, feeling that doing so would wound her pride.

"Knowing her, she’d rather die trying than succeed with help. If I asked Deemo to assist her, she’d probably hate me for life, even if it was for her own good," Yuan sighed softly.

He then turned to Lev and said, "I intend on leaving this place soon."

"You mean Death Paradise? Where will you go next? I will follow you wherever you go!" Lev declared as he proudly patted his chest.

However, Yuan shook his head and said, "No, I will be leaving this world to return to my own. I have been here for long enough."

"Back to your own world...? Then what about me?" Lev stared at him with a dumbfounded face.

Yuan pondered for a moment before responding, "Do you want to follow me back to my world?"

"Can I really follow you?!" Lev’s eyes widened with surprise.

Yuan silently nodded.

"I want to!" Lev quickly agreed. "I no longer have a family or home in this world, so it doesn’t matter where I go."

"What about your revenge?" Yuan suddenly reminded him of his reason for wanting to leave the Deprived Crimson Valley.

"That’s..." Lev closed his eyes and became silent.

A minute later, he opened them again, his eyes flickering with resolve.

"It happened so long ago that I doubt that the bastard is still alive. Unless I encounter him, I will just consider him dead."

"Alright." Yuan nodded.

"Then what about her?" Lev suddenly pointed at Supreme Ruler Dena.

"Well... In that state, I don’t think we’ll be able to bring her with us."

Suddenly, as if reacting to his words, the cocoon trembled.

"Hm?"

Noticing the subtle movement, Yuan raised an eyebrow and approached the cocoon.

"Dena? Can you hear me?" he called out to her.

"..."

The cocoon remained motionless.

"I guess you don’t want to come with me, after all."

The cocoon trembled again.

Yuan smiled and said, "Remember our promise? I said that I’d show you my world the next time I came back to the Demonic Realm."

The cocoon did not stop trembling, even growing more active.

Yuan then said, "There’s no need to rush your ascension, Dena. It’s not like I am going to leave right now."

"We’re not?" Lev muttered. "Then what are we going to do now?"

Yuan turned to him and said, "To leave this world and return to mine, we first need to remove the seal blocking the gateway that connects our worlds."

"Although I don’t know if it can be removed from this side, I have to try."

Yuan turned to look at Selena and asked her, "What are you going to do now that you have regained your freedom?"

Selena smiled and said, "I’m going to spend some time exploring this world before visiting yours."

Yuan’s jaw dropped.

"You... want to visit my world?" he swallowed nervously.

He didn’t believe Selena would necessarily wreak havoc there—but neither could he fully trust that she wouldn’t. With her immense power, she could easily cause unimaginable destruction.

"What’s with that reaction? You don’t want me to visit your world? Or do you not trust me?" Selena approached him and said, sounding a bit offended.

Yuan sighed, "To be frank, I cannot trust anyone besides Dena and Lev to visit my world."

"Is that so? Then how do I gain your trust?" Selena then asked.

"Uh... give me some time to think about it."

Selena nodded and said, "In that case, I will leave you alone for now. Then tell me where you’re going, so I can find you once—"

Selena suddenly stopped talking and asked, "Do you still have Helena’s blood?"

Yuan nodded.

"Keep it with you. I’ll find you once I am done."

"Done? With that?" Yuan asked.

"I need to speak with my sisters and let them know that we’re free," she said.

"Are you actually real sisters?"

She shook her head.

"No, my entire family died during the Great Cataclysm. With that said, we’re pretty much family after everything we experienced."

"I see..."

"Then I’ll see you guys later. It was fun being with you guys."

Without another word, Selena vanished into thin air like a ghost.

"Where are we going now?" Lev then asked.

"Back to Crimson Continent."

Shortly later, Yuan used Void Manipulation to travel, bringing Supreme Ruler Dena and Lev with him.

Meanwhile, somewhere in Death Paradise, Selena arrived at the portal leading to Helena’s personal world.

The instant she stepped inside, a bone-chilling scream of agony tore through the air and assaulted her ears, followed by laughter from another voice.

Selena calmly followed the direction of the screams.

"Please! Spare me and kill me! I was wrong!" Owen cried out loud.

"Hahaha! It’s too soon to be begging for mercy, you traitorous bastard!" Helena laughed madly as she continued to torture Owen with unimaginably cruel methods.

Suddenly, she halted and turned around.

"Selena!"

"Selena?" Angela, who was also there, approached her.

"What are you doing here? What happened to that human brat?" she asked.

"It’s a long story..."

"We have nothing but time. Come, let’s have some fun torturing him." Angela grabbed Selena’s hand and dragged her toward Owen, who was nailed to a tree, his body blood-soaked and twisted like a spiral.
