Divorce, Please: The Young Master Does Not Love Me
Chapter 433: Saying I Love You From This Moment On (33)
"WAAAH... Mommy, Mommy... Don’t hit Mommy... WAAAH..." Watching the scene, a terrified Rory rubbed her eyes and burst into tears.
Hearing Rory’s cries, Eleanor Bishop angrily slapped Yara Ross’s hand away. She rushed to Rory’s side and hugged her tightly, coaxing her in a soft voice, "Don’t cry, Rory. Grandma wasn’t hitting Mommy. Please don’t cry."
"Cry, cry, cry! All you two do is cry! What did I do in a past life to deserve such an ungrateful daughter?" As she spoke, Yara Ross started to cry as well.
The hand Eleanor Bishop used to hold Rory clenched into a tight fist. She stood up, still holding her daughter. "Mom, Rory and I are moving out today. I’ll figure out a way to pay back Dad’s debt. You two take care of yourselves."
With that said, Eleanor Bishop carried Rory back to their room and started packing their clothes.
Rory stood on the floor, watching her mother pack. She rubbed her eyes and began to cry even harder. "Mommy, where are we going?"
"To a place with just you and me," Eleanor Bishop said. She quickly packed a few items of clothing, grabbed her bag, and led Rory toward the door.
When Yara Ross saw Eleanor about to leave, she ran out to block them. "Eleanor, you can’t go."
"Mom, Rory and I are moving out. That way, we won’t be in your way anymore."
"Eleanor, you can’t go! If you leave, what are we supposed to do when those people show up? Besides, it won’t be easy for you to live on your own with Rory." As she spoke, Yara Ross had already reached out and pulled Rory to her side.
Eleanor Bishop watched Yara Ross carry Rory back into the house. The bag in her hand dropped to the floor...
Tears began to fall...
She walked dejectedly into the other room. Looking at the man lying on the bed, her tears fell even faster.
’My father is the only person in the world who has ever treated me this well, the only one who truly understands me...’
’For my father’s sake, no matter how difficult it gets, I have to persevere...’

Jasmine Warren pulled out her phone and glanced at the time. It was almost eleven o’clock. ’I wonder what’s gotten into Jason Lockwood lately,’ she thought.
’He keeps coming back in the dead of night, and tonight’s no exception.’
’Even though I’m pretty brave and not much scares me... still, being left alone in the office like this every night is a little bit scary. Just a tiny bit...’
At this thought, Jasmine Warren clenched her fists and muttered fiercely, "Jason Lockwood, you bastard, you’d better not come back tonight! Or I’ll mess you up!"
The words had barely left her mouth when she heard what sounded like a door opening outside.
Jasmine Warren angrily threw off the blanket, ready to storm out and give Jason Lockwood a piece of her mind. ’You bastard! I’m already pissed, and you just had to show up now? You’re practically asking for it!’
’Jason Lockwood, just you wait! I’m going to tear you a new one!’
Fuming, Jasmine Warren bent over to slip on her shoes. But her heels had barely touched the floor when, before she could even take a step, she heard what sounded like voices outside.
At the sound, Jasmine Warren went on high alert.
Terrified, she quickly shut off her phone screen, not daring to move a muscle.
’Who the hell would be here at this hour?’
’Don’t tell me it’s a burglar...’
The thought sent a cold shiver down Jasmine Warren’s spine. ’If it really is a burglar, it feels wrong not to go out and stop them... but damn it, if I go out there, what if they haven’t stolen anything yet and decide to kill me to shut me up?’
The more Jasmine Warren thought about it, the more terrified she became. She reached out, her hand gripping the blanket on the bed.
