Fated To The Dark Alpha
Chapter 227. Take him to Cillia
Collins shut his eyes and took in a deep breath as he prepared to speak. He opened his eyes and gave one last glance at Sebastian who still stared at him with hostility and sighed inwardly. He would just tell the truth, whatever happens to Sebastian would be a result of his own actions.
"Lord Dmitri," he began looking away from Sebastian. "I am indeed aware of what Seb has been doing, but I have never been his accomplice," he said, his voice clear and confident. "I do not know why he said I am, but I deny it," he said and sent a glare to Sebastian.
Dmitri smiled and raised a brow while turning to look at Sebastian. "He denies it, what do you have to say, young shifter?" he asked, bending to his level in the ground. His crimson gaze matched those of Sebastian. "Remember what I said earlier, it was not a bluff," he warned.
"He is the only one who was aware of this, no one else did, so who else could it be?" Sebastian asked and Dmitri chuckled.
The shifter with a missing arm amused him. Who did he think he was talking to? He wondered. This made him wonder what caused him to implicate his friend. "Tell me something, gamma Sebastian," he said and Sebastian frowned at the mention of the title gamma. "I was told you are a gamma, was I wrongly informed?" Dmitry asked innocently.
Sebastian could only grit his teeth while trying not to send a glare to Leroy who had always called him gamma Sebastian even after knowing how much he hated it.
"I was not wrongly informed I suppose," Dmitri said with a thightvil look on his face and then nodded softly to himself. "Now tell me, gamma, why did call out your friend? I remember him being your beta too," He asked, sounding curious.
"He..." Sebastian trailed off having second thoughts. Was he too quick to point try blame at Collins? The camlire before him seemed to know something that he was unaware of. He looked at Collins who was still on the ground looking angry and wronged. He was done for! Sebastian thought realizing that it was not Collijs but someone else who had ratted him out.
"You appear to have caught up to what is going on," Dmitri said standing to his feet. "Now that you so, to k ow your punishment, Leroy," he called and Leroy to take him away.
Out of instinct, She Senastuan shifted but ended up falling due to the missing arm and he whimpered feeling the shame in what had just happened. How could he forget that he didn’t have an arm? This was humiliating and stabbed deep into his go as a man and his pride as a shifter.
Dmitry laughed when he saw this. A wounded animal was indeed a dead animal, defenseless in every way possible. "Allow him, Leroy," he said squatting down again.
Leroy immediately stepped aside.
"Shift!" he ordered, he wanted to go okay with this shifter’s pride a bit longer. He was prideful but also a fool to think that he would keep the things he was doing without being found out sooner or later.
Sebastian’s wolf just stared at him in defiance and he smiled. A prey playing stubborn was always the best toy with.
"Stand!" he ordered adding more force to his tone and his eyes flashing a darker shade of red as he compelled him. Sebastian fought, resting the compulsion but failed and gave in to being overpowered by it. He stood and a satisfied grin appeared on Dmitri’s face."Run!"
Collins stared at the court with shock in his expression. He vampires could compel but that was only possible with humans then how was he able to compel a shifter? His mind came back to what was happening g when he saw Sebastian fall after trying to run and Dmitri laughed. The vampire was really enjoying what he was doing to Sebastian. He thought.
"Stand up gamma," Dmitri ordered again and the pitiful was forced to stand. "I said run, now, run for me,"
Collins almost when Sebastian’s wolf fell again. Just imagining the expression on the face of Sebastian while all this was happening was enough to make him laugh out loud but realising that his position in the situation was uncertain, he held himself back swallowing the laughter that was itching to erupt from his chest. It completely vanished when he remembered that they would be turned into Abominations.
"What a weak gamma you are," Dmitiri taunted l, walking over to the raging wolf. "Look at me," he ordered and he formerly raised his head to look at him. "I would love to okay with you a bit lo her but I have other important matters to attend to," he said Sebastian snarled at him but he smiled and continued, "So I will have you taken to the Coven, my dear Cillia will be pleased to have you there," he said and leaned closer to him, "SHIFT!"
Unable to resist the command this time, Sebastian shifted to his human skin. If looks could kill, Dmitir would would have been turned to dust by niw just from the grim and dark gaze that Sebastian threw at him. The humiliation was enough to anger anyone. Sebastian would have lunged at Dmitie right niw had he been.in control if his limbs but he couldn’t. The vampire still had him under his control. He had never imagined a vpire competing a shifter before but tonight he was the subject of compulsion.
He written his teeth still trying to break free from the compulsion but the more he tried, the more the force increased redering him powerless before the Lord vampires. He had underestimated the strength if the old vampire. Leroy could never do this even if he tried. He should have know that for Dmitri to be feared by someone like Leroy and Azrail he would be stronger than the rest. He knew he was strip her but not to the point of comply g a shifter. A former gamma. He may not be anymore, but he still had the strength and will power of one.
"Alpha Supreme reported to me what you have been a few hours ago, your friend never betrayed you," Dmitri said, poring salt I to the wounds of Sebastian. Sebastian could only glare at him. "I thought to inform you, you deserve to know, these are your last minutes as a shifter so know g the truth is your right," he said and walked away. "Take him Cillia, Leroy," he said, walking over to Collins.
The former beta may not have had a hand in the plot against Darren and Kora but he didn’t do anything to stop it or report it so he had his fair share if punishment awaiting him. He won’t be turned into an Abomination today, but he might in the future.
He stopped in front of Collins, his expression grim, promise danger to the one whom he stared at. "Bring him with me," he said and walked away.
Knowing that the order was to him, Azrail held Collins by the arms and pulled him out though that was not really need necessary.
