Li Yang didn’t hide the truth. "I was lucky enough to find some Earth Spirit Liquid," he said honestly. "I relied on it to reach my current level."

He didn’t mention the existence of Soul Ink, as Soul Ink had instructed him not to.

"Earth Spirit Liquid?"

At this, Shen Xuan chuckled. "You certainly are lucky."

"Since your strength has reached this level, there are some things I can tell you."

At this, a grave expression appeared on Shen Xuan’s face.

Li Yang said nothing, listening intently.

After pausing for a few seconds, Shen Xuan suddenly asked, "Li Yang, do you think there are other civilized planets out there, besides Earth?" 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢

Li Yang was taken aback by the question. After a moment of thought, he nodded. "Yes. The Cosmos is vast; there must be other civilizations out there."

Seeing Li Yang’s certainty, Shen Xuan nodded. "You’re correct. Other civilizations do exist, and quite a few of them. In fact, a member of another civilization—an alien—has already arrived on Earth."

"What?"

Li Yang was stunned.

’An alien has already come to Earth?’

’And I have another question,’ he thought. ’That alien must have a home planet. If he discovered Earth, then his home planet must know about it too. What would their attitude be?’

"Don’t be anxious, Li Yang. I will explain everything to you now," Shen Xuan said.

Li Yang nodded, listening carefully.

"In my residence at the Celestial Origin Palace, there’s a massive screen. Have you seen it?"

Li Yang nodded. The huge, blank screen had left a deep impression on him, and he had wondered what it was.

Shen Xuan said, "That’s a civilizational instrument I discovered in a Relic Space. It can connect to alien civilizations!"

Li Yang listened carefully. He had heard some of this from Soul Ink before, but never in such detail.

"From what I’ve learned about these taken-over, no-potential planets, most suffer a miserable fate. The inhabitants are sold at will, the vast majority of the planet’s resources are plundered, and only a tiny fraction is left for the natives."

"That is why I haven’t dared to make contact."
