Chapter 390: Chapter 347: The Magic Brew Brewing Plan and Giant Kado’s Ambition

The wedding decorations were quickly taken down, and the Black Stone Territory returned to its usual vastness and solemnity.

The heavy Space Stone Wall was once again moved from the depths of the castle, standing silently in the plaza.

Raylo’s Personal Guard Captain, Ed, had already assembled his troops, who stood solemnly to one side.

Thirty Griffin Knights sat astride their mounts, their silent discipline exuding an iron-blooded aura.

Kado and the Hill Giants he led stood at the rear of the formation, like small mountains themselves.

Beside him, Moonlight licked its paws, then raised its head and shot a glance at the hundred-meter Golden Dragon dozing not far away.

Sun sensed the ill-intentioned gaze, and its golden, slitted pupils snapped open with a hint of wariness.

Moonlight ignored the unspoken question. With a flicker of its body, a stream of silver light wrapped around Sun’s massive form.

Before everyone’s astonished eyes, the hundred-meter Golden Dragon’s body rapidly shrank and contorted within the silver light.

Its golden scales receded, replaced by a coat of fluffy, orange fur. Its magnificent Dragon Horns vanished, giving way to two fuzzy ears. Its imposing draconic snout transformed into a tiny nose.

When the light dissipated, all that remained was an exceptionally plump... large orange tabby, its eyes filled with confusion and astonishment.

"Mrowl!"

Sun opened its mouth, but what came out was a soft, plaintive meow.

It looked down at its furry paws and bounced on the ground a few times, as if getting used to this new body.

"Pfft..."

Someone couldn’t hold it in and burst out laughing.

Soon, stifled laughter spread through the ranks of the Knights.

Even Ed, who was never one to smile, couldn’t stop the corners of his mouth from twitching.

The Hill Giant Kado let out a thunderous laugh that made the very ground tremble.

"Moonlight, you..."

Raylo didn’t know whether to laugh or cry at the scene. ’For some reason, that little rascal Moonlight is always obsessed with turning Giant Dragons into fat cats.’

Coal Ball trotted over to the orange-cat-Sun on its short little legs and nuzzled its head against him, as if to comfort this new "old-timer" joining the feline family.

Sun stiffly turned his head, looking at Coal Ball, who wasn’t much smaller than his current form. He then glanced at the innocent-looking Moonlight in the distance before finally setting his sights on Raylo.

"Ahem."

Raylo cleared his throat, struggling to suppress a laugh.

"Alright, that’s enough. Prepare to move out."

He turned to the utterly dumbfounded Master Marlin.

"Master, stay close to me."

With that, he walked over to the Space Stone Wall.

Coal Ball, understanding implicitly, let out a low growl. An invisible ripple spread out, and the dark fissure on the wall instantly widened, forming a deep gateway that exuded the primeval, ancient aura of another world.

Raylo stepped through first, with Moonlight and Coal Ball right behind him.

The big orange tabby, Sun, resignedly followed them in.

Sun had to admit, moving around was much more convenient now that his body was smaller.

Ed gave a wave, and the Griffin Knights and Hill Giants immediately filed through in an orderly fashion.

Master Marlin took a deep breath and, with a heart full of excitement and apprehension, was the last to step into the unknown world.

The moment his feet touched solid ground, Marlin felt an unprecedentedly vast wave of Magic Power wash over him.

The Elements here were so dense they were nearly tangible. Every breath felt like inhaling the essence of the purest Magic Crystals.

The free-floating Fire Elements, Water Elements, and Wind Elements in the air...

They danced joyfully, circling him intimately as if greeting a long-lost relative.

"My heavens..."

Marlin dazedly extended a hand. A bright flame ignited in his palm out of thin air, several times brighter and hotter than the Fireball he could conjure in the outside world.

"Incredible... This is a paradise for Mages!"

He was so excited he became somewhat incoherent, his black Mage Robe billowing slightly from the surging Magic Power.

"Lord, if... if I could perform my Meditation here year-round... forget three years, perhaps two, no, one year! I might be able to touch the threshold of a Domain!"

By the time Marlin came to his senses, he found that the rest of the group was already prepared.

The Griffin Knights had already taken to the sky and were circling the area on guard.

The Hill Giants stood unperturbed, their Wolf Fang Clubs resting on their shoulders, awaiting Raylo’s order to move out.

Marlin’s mount was a Shadow Griffin. As the first Tier Four Great Mage in the Black Stone Territory, Raylo had no reason to treat him poorly.

The group quickly took to the sky, flying toward the South.

"Sun, no need to deliberately hide our presence," Raylo said.

"If we run into any more of those patrolling Wind God Winged Dragons, it’ll be a good chance to add some Tier Five Magic Cores to the castle’s stores and let the Knights have a taste of High Tier Magical Beast Meat."

"As you command, my Lord!"

The Knights responded with excitement, their morale soaring.

The contingent flew at full speed, their massive wings seeming to blot out the sky.

This time, they no longer hugged the ground cautiously as they had before. Instead, they soared brazenly through the high skies, their powerful auras unabashedly announcing their arrival.

After flying for just over ten minutes, Raylo signaled for the group to descend.

Below them was a winding creek, but what flowed in it was not clear water, but Elemental Spring Water brimming with pure Magic Power.

It was the very same Elemental Stream they had encountered before!

"This... this is an entire stream made of Elemental Spring Water!"

Master Marlin’s voice called out.

He jumped off the Griffin’s back, scrambled to the water’s edge, and carefully scooped up a handful of the spring water.

"It’s so pure... Heavens, this is truly a miracle of creation!"

He gazed at the Elemental Stream, which stretched for several kilometers, as if he were looking at an inexhaustible treasure trove. His face flushed red with excitement.
