And so, at this moment, He’an had nothing more to say.

With just a thought, two figures appeared at his side from below Damian City.

Potter and Helen.

"What in the world? Turns out everyone’s objective was surprisingly the same."

"If that’s the case, you old geezers from the Blood Race should’ve just said so! You had us tiptoeing around all these years for nothing."

"If you’d spoken up sooner, who knows? Our two worlds would’ve probably ’gotten friendly’ a long time ago."

Since they were in a party, Potter and Helen had already overheard the two Blood Race Princes’ conversation.

So, even though Potter was a brand new Tier Four, he put on an overly familiar expression and spoke to the two Blood Race Princes across from them in a teasing, bantering tone.

"How amusing. The ignorant truly know no fear."

Hearing a mere Tier Four Human Race member speak to them in such a way, the two Blood Race Princes were first taken aback, then genuinely seemed amused.

Honestly, if you didn’t know the two sides were enemies...

...an onlooker might have mistaken this for a family gathering of old friends.

"Since our goals are so aligned, you two won’t be making things difficult for us little ones, will you?"

Helen, however, raised an eyebrow at the two Blood Race Princes and said.

"Make things difficult?"

"No, no. You three young ones are great benefactors to our world."

"How about this? In light of the rare amusement you three have provided us, I’ll give you a guarantee. Even after the Blood Race conquers your world..." 𝘧𝓇𝑒𝑒𝑤ℯ𝑏𝓃𝘰𝑣ℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮

"...you can choose to either join the Blood Race or become Nobility in a Ranching City. It’s up to you. We can even guarantee that the descendants of you three youngsters will live lives of eternal wealth and comfort."

’Damn, are they for real?!’

Potter’s eyes widened as if he’d just seen a ghost.

After all, from everything they had seen and heard recently, especially from other humans, the most common refrain was how evil the Blood Race was.

In reality, however, the Blood Race was ultimately transformed from humans.

And even if the other Blood Race from the Blood Moon Kingdom truly didn’t see common folk as people, the two from the Adams Empire seemed to be a slightly different case.

So, since they were on the topic...

...Potter grew even bolder.

"I have to admit, you two are really subverting my perception of the Blood Race."

"Of course, it could just be that we’ve added a spark of fun to your long-lived lives, which is why you’re being so approachable."

"But either way, honestly, we’ve been in this world for a while now and we’ve seen a lot. There are some things I’ve been holding in for too long, and I just have to get them off my chest."

To the stunned surprise of the two Blood Race Princes, Potter’s mouth opened and words flew out like a Gatling gun:

"So, your Blood Race has ruled this world for ages. Have you never once thought about treating the Human Race a little better?"

"Or even just changing people’s perception of the Blood Race?"

"For example, you could rebrand it. Promote the nobility of the Blood Race, framing it as a Divine Favored Race that humans can ascend to."

"If you did that, and controlled the number of Blood Race in the world, you could make humans see it as an honor to become one of you. Is that so hard?"

"As for the blood-sucking part, couldn’t that be solved by just having ordinary people donate blood regularly?"

"After all, you could put a positive spin on the whole thing! Say that donating blood makes the Empire greater, that it allows the great Blood Race Warriors to better protect the Human Race, or even to better build the Empire and the world?"

"..."

Potter rattled off a whole slew of suggestions.

He’an and Helen were left dumbfounded, and even the two Blood Race Princes across from them were momentarily stunned.

However, once Potter had said his piece...

...the two Blood Race Princes opposite him fell into a profound silence.

’In all their endless years, how could no one in the Blood Race have proposed such a plan?’

’But was that something one or two members of the Blood Race could decide?’

’No. To be precise, what mortals thought was no longer important.’

’What mattered was what the Blood God thought, what the Thirteen Blood Ancestors thought.’

And so, the two Blood Race Princes simply remained silent.

Clearly, there was more to the founding of the Adams Empire than met the eye.

But as things stood, the reality was a far cry from the rosy picture Potter had painted.

In fact, it wasn’t even a matter of what the two Blood Race Princes themselves wanted.

In that silence, He’an and the other two understood.

Gods.

’The will of the gods was paramount!’

But clearly, this was not the time for such discussions.

Because, finally, the inevitable had arrived.

Just a few minutes after the blood moon had suddenly enveloped the sky above Damian City...

...a point of light suddenly flared to life beside it.

It was a point of fiery, searing heat.

This searing point swiftly expanded, colliding directly with the projection of the blood moon!

A great, golden Sun had risen.

It was identical in size to the crimson moon, and the instant it appeared, the halos at their edges collided.

It felt as though two liquid rings were pressing against each other.

There was no explosion, no terrifying side effects.

At least, to the living beings watching from the ground, the struggle between the Sun and moon, this cosmic press, was happening in complete silence.
