Furthermore, if not enlarged, the energy consumption can be suppressed, so in episode 26, when compressed by Breaga into a small height, and in episode 50, when tied with a cosmic rope by Bunyo and transformed to human size (2.02 meters, excluding head horns), he maintains Leo’s appearance for a long time.

Using body techniques far beyond cosmic boxing and other Ultraman Warriors’ high physical capabilities compensated for the short active time. Design and Modeling

Leo’s design transitioned from Toho to Tsuburaya Productions, designed by Yoshio Suzuki, who was responsible for art after ’Ultraman Ace’ (Ace Ultraman). Unlike previous Ultraman warriors, head design was complicated to distinguish him, reminiscent of human hairstyles. Eyes and mouth follow seven types, though the nose was explicitly modeled.

NG version costume features silver lines similar to Ultraman Seven and Taro from torso to feet, but the adopted version became entirely red. Before final decisions, NG designs drawn were repurposed for Baltan Starman that appeared in ’Ultraman Taro.’

After episode 1, Kazunori Kawaguchi changed to Tatsumi Nijimoto, still adding costumes. However, due to mask placement issues, Nijimoto’s eyes did not align with the peeping hole, performing till the finale with only one eye visible.

Regarding the costume, Nijimoto confirmed there was no elasticity, with chest padding.
