"This young man is extremely remarkable. His application of the Principle of Space is quite unconventional. He’s the one that stabilized the Southern mountain range through tactical acumen, right?" the leader of the Law Enforcement Agency in the district said, holding his chin.

"That’s him," Guild Leader Dawnseer replied.

"It seems given time, when the National Guild Union competitions start, there’s a possibility he can help your guild to advance to the intercity competitions, and also make the name of the district shine," another powerhouse from a mercenary organization in the district added.

"Remarkable. Very remarkable. This young man seems to take everything into consideration before he makes a move," another higher-up said. "His mind could be his greatest asset. Also, he was not this powerful two years ago, right? Even if he were to have a high principle comprehension speed, this would be too fast... wait... does he..."

Everyone turned to look at Guild Leader Dawnseer. They had known her for a while. That mysterious smile on her face said everything, although she didn’t speak.

"He has a high principle comprehension speed?"

"Dawnseer, it seems you’ve been hiding a monster in your guild."

"Heh. No use acting mysterious now. I suppose with his rate of improvement compared to two years ago, it’s pretty much obvious to everyone here and those watching the stream now."

"Also, the speed with which he’s climbing the beast tide ranking list of your guild is very fast."

The higher-ups of the district present stared at the large ranking list of the Dawnseer Guild floating in the sky.

"He’s now in 30th place. That’s very fast. With his speed, he will climb higher very soon."

"But that white-haired fellow from your guild is also remarkable."

"Julian Seir, right? He’s ranked first on the Dawnseer Guild premium ranking list, and also ranked first on the beast tide ranking list."

"Considering the carnage he’s causing for the strong Rank 2 novice-stage chaotic beasts, it’s only natural he earns first place on the beast tide ranking list."

Several of them stared at a white-haired figure on the battlefield. A cyclone of unrelenting darkness was unleashed by him in cataclysmic proportions. The cyclone whipped through several Rank 2 novice-stage chaotic beasts. The chaotic beasts shrunk into shriveled corpses wherever the dark cyclone passed.

"The others on the premium ranking list though, especially those in the top ten, are very relentless. I’m afraid if Julian relaxes a bit, he won’t be the first ranked on the premium ranking list of your guild by the time the beast tide ends, Dawnseer." They paid attention to the other remarkable transcendents of the Dawnseer Guild too.

"Who’s that?" Dawnseer asked. Curiosity was etched on her face.

One of the higher-ups of the mercenary groups in the district replied, "Oh, that’s Silence."

"Silence? That’s her name?" Dawnseer said what several were thinking.

"She’s a mercenary with the Principle of Wind."

"I can see that," Dawnseer replied. Silence was basically silent. She used her Principle of Wind so ingeniously. She was like a phantom. Wherever she passed, Rank 2 chaotic beasts were falling like rain.

The higher-ups spotted several geniuses from the various organizations in the district making names for themselves on the battlefield.

"Anyway, what do they do about the principle fragments?" the head of the Law Enforcement Agency in the district asked.

Anytime a chaotic beast was killed on the battlefield, a principle fragment appeared. However, no one tried to make use of them to deepen their comprehension of their principle because they simply could not afford to. They were on a heated battlefield where a second could mean death. This meant that the only time they could make use of the principle fragments was after the beast tide was quelled.

"Alaric, won’t they simply fight each other for it?" Dawnseer said, shrugging, her voice directed towards the leader of the Law Enforcement Agency in the district.

Everyone stared at her, a bit taken aback by her response. However, they could not think of any better alternative.

"Well, they are all transcendents. No one who has made it this far does not understand the ruthless nature of the universe," the leader of one of the mercenary groups said. "I suppose we won’t have to interfere if any of our own ends up dying, right?"

This was something they had to agree to. Else, conflict between the organizations in the district would erupt later. If each one of them decided to take revenge on the other for the fact that a junior from a different organization killed a junior from their organization, it would breed a lot of chaos in the district, which would not be good for them.

"I agree to this," Alaric said. He was the leader of the Law Enforcement Agency in the district. Naturally, the last thing he wanted was endless conflict. He was not a goody-two-shoes who preferred righteousness. But helping maintain some sort of decorum in the district was literally his responsibility.

"I don’t really have a problem with that."

"Yeah, let’s let the juniors handle it on their own."

All of them came to an agreement.

In the CrimsonFang Guild, the guild higher-ups stared at the screen with shock etched on their faces. A few moments prior, they were discussing the fact that Kailen Darkhaven had not become strong enough to deal with the Rank 1 novice-stage transcendent assassins they sent after him.

However, from what they had just witnessed him do, they were not so sure anymore. This fellow had become very powerful in a very short while. How high was his principle comprehension speed for him to advance this quickly?

"Don’t tell me he has a high principle comprehension speed. But even with a high principle comprehension speed, isn’t this speed abnormal?"

"Isn’t his use of the Principle of Space quite... unconventional?"

"No wonder Dawnseer was willing to personally deal with the Rank 3 novice-stage transcendent assassins we sent after him."

They sighed. The Dawnseer Guild had really lucked out this time.

"We still proceed concerning him as planned," CrimsonFang said.

"Yes, sir." Everyone nodded.

"Let’s hope the next assassination plot succeeds. If it doesn’t, we will have a headache at the upcoming competition. Seriously, what did Dawnseer do to land all these geniuses? First that Julian, and then this fellow who defies common sense."
