Later, as soups and lighter dishes were served, Qin Mu took on the role of a caretaker, helping the pregnant woman by serving soup, picking dishes, making sure she ate fully, while she barely touched her chopsticks.

Helian Hao had eaten enough and felt a bit guilty, having forgotten to let Qin Mu eat more just now.

"Why aren’t you eating?"

"Of course, gotta make sure the pregnant woman is full first!"

Qin Mu pretended to be concerned about her and said.
