Chapter 64: One Against Two

Before Debbie could continue speaking, Lucas suddenly narrowed his eyes. His gaze shifted toward the restaurant entrance.

Several figures had just walked in. The moment he saw them, he immediately recognized one of the faces.

Kai Vayne.

A trace of coldness flashed through Lucas’s eyes. It seemed the lesson he taught the other day wasn’t enough.

At that moment, Kai was no longer alone. Sebastian Vayne personally accompanied him.

Beside them stood a young man and a young woman. The young man walked with his hands behind his back, his expression indifferent as though he looked down on everyone around him.

The young woman beside him possessed an extraordinary temperament. Even in the crowd, she seemed completely out of place. As if she belonged to another world.

The moment they entered, many customers subconsciously looked over.

Not because of Sebastian.

Not because of Kai.

But because of the young woman.

Her appearance was simply too eye-catching.

Meanwhile, Daisy and Debbie also noticed the approaching group. Seeing the hostile expressions on their faces, both sisters immediately became nervous.

"Lucas..."

Daisy lowered her voice, Do you know them?

Lucas smiled faintly.

"Unfortunately."

"They know me."

The group quickly arrived in front of their table, Kai was the first to step forward.

The moment he saw Lucas sitting calmly between two beautiful women, the jealousy and humiliation he had been suppressing exploded again.

A cold laugh escaped his mouth.

"Lucas."

"It seems your life is pretty comfortable."

"You took Mia away."

"And now you’re already finding new women."

His gaze swept across Daisy and Debbie.

The sisters immediately frowned.

Lucas remained seated.

He didn’t even bother standing up.

He simply looked at Kai as if he were looking at an idiot.

The more indifferent Lucas appeared, the angrier Kai became.

For a brief moment, Lucas even felt the urge to slap him again.

Soon, Lucas’s attention shifted away from him.

His gaze landed on Blake and Jade.

Unlike Kai and Sebastian, these two gave him a completely different feeling.

Especially the young man.

The aura surrounding him was unusual. Lucas couldn’t quite explain it.

But instinctively, he knew this person was dangerous.

Far stronger than the average person.

At the same time, Blake was also observing Lucas. His eyes carefully scanned him from head to toe.

After several seconds, disappointment appeared in his gaze.

This was the person Kai had been terrified of?

This ordinary-looking university student?

Nothing about him seemed special.

No martial aura.

No pressure.

No signs of years of cultivation.

Just an ordinary young man.

Eventually Blake stepped forward.

His sharp gaze landed directly on Kai.

"This is the person who beat you?"

Kai’s face immediately became awkward.

Under Blake’s gaze, he felt extremely embarrassed.

Still, he nodded.

"Yes."

Blake almost laughed.

The contempt in his eyes became even stronger.

He knew Kai wasn’t particularly talented.

But he never expected him to be this useless.

Losing to someone like Lucas?

How embarrassing.

Blake slowly turned back toward Lucas.

"I heard you possess some skill."

"That’s the only reason I came here."

His voice was calm.

Yet it carried an obvious sense of superiority.

"Unfortunately..."

"Now that I’ve seen you, I’m disappointed."

"You’re not even worthy of making me interested."

The surrounding atmosphere immediately became tense.

Several customers nearby had already begun secretly paying attention.

Yet Lucas remained completely relaxed.

He leaned back in his chair and casually took a sip of water.

As though Blake’s words didn’t concern him at all. This attitude instantly irritated Blake.

However, Lucas wasn’t even looking at him anymore.

His attention had shifted elsewhere.

To Jade.

The young woman stood quietly behind Blake, an absolute 10/10 bombshell whose long black hair cascaded sensually down her shoulders, framing her flawless fair skin and delicate, refined features that radiated an irresistible mix of innocence and raw seduction. Her massive, heaving breasts strained against her clothes, full and bouncy with every subtle shift, while her huge, round ass curved out perfectly behind her, thick and juicy, begging to be grabbed and worshipped in the most filthy ways. Despite the unique purity surrounding her, her body screamed pure smutty temptation.

She simply stood there.

Then, out of curiosity, he used the system to check her rating. Instantly, a familiar blue panel appeared before him.

[Name: Jade Vayne]

[Appearance Score: 9.9]

[Potential Rebate Multiplier: 100x]

Lucas nearly choked on his own saliva.

A 100x target?

For a brief moment, even he was stunned.

This was the highest-rated woman he had encountered since obtaining the system.

This was the first time he had encountered someone with such a terrifying rating.

Meanwhile, Blake noticed exactly where Lucas was looking.

His expression immediately darkened. Lucas had ignored him.

While he was speaking.

The bastard was staring at Jade, his cousin.

A dangerous chill entered Blake’s eyes.

He had originally planned to teach Lucas a lesson and leave.

Nothing more.

After all, Alistair specifically warned them not to cause unnecessary trouble.

But now?

He suddenly felt the urge to break a few bones.

Not enough to kill him.

But enough to make sure Lucas remembered today’s lesson for the rest of his life.

"Interesting."

Blake slowly stepped forward.

The smile on his face gradually disappeared.

"Looks like you don’t understand who you’re talking to."

Blake’s face darkened with fury, rage boiling through him... The entire café had fallen silent.

Conversations died mid-sentence. Cups froze halfway to lips. Even the baristas behind the counter stopped moving.

Lucas hadn’t merely ignored him. He had dismissed him. As if Blake wasn’t worth his attention.

A vein bulged visibly along Blake’s neck as rage surged through him. He stepped forward and raised a hand, intending to grab Lucas by the head and force him to acknowledge who he was dealing with.

But the moment his fingers entered reach—

SNAP!

Lucas’s hand shot upward.

Fast, far too fast for Blake to keep up with, his fingers closed around Blake’s wrist like a steel vise.

Blake’s eyes widened in shock, he instinctively tried to yank his arm free but nothing happened.

Lucas remained seated, the chair didn’t move, the table didn’t shake. His expression didn’t change.

Yet Blake felt as though his arm had been trapped inside industrial machinery.

An unpleasant realization crept into his mind.

’This guy is strong. Very strong.’

"Debbie. Daisy." Lucas’s calm voice cut through the tension.

The two girls immediately looked toward him.

"Step away from the table." They rose without hesitation.

Though unsure of what’s going on, they were frightened a little...

"Wait for me." Taking a deep breath they moved outside that instant, neither questioned him, neither argued. They simply obeyed.

That simple act ignited Blake’s anger even further.

The girls weren’t listening to him. They were listening to Lucas.

"Don’t ignore me!" Blake roared in anger as his free fist exploded forward.

The punch tore through the air toward Lucas’s face with enough force to make nearby customers flinch.

Lucas released the wrist at the last possible moment and casually tilted his head.

The punch sliced through empty space. But before Blake could recover, Lucas struck!

A compact hook drove into Blake’s ribs.

BOOM!

Pain detonated through his side. The impact felt like being struck by a sledgehammer. He felt air left his lungs as his stomach churned violently.

Blake stumbled backward several steps, nearly losing his balance.

A sharp gasp escaped the surrounding crowd. But Blake wasn’t weak, years of brutal training kicked in. He planted a foot and regained his balance.

Then surged forward again. This time there was no restraint, no testing, no intimidation, only violence.

His fists became a blur.

SWOOSH!

SWOOSH!

SWOOSH!

LEFT!

RIGHT!

RIGHT AGAIN!

Each strike carried enough force to crack wood and shatter bone. Lucas finally rose from his chair and the atmosphere instantly changed.

Now both men stood face to face. The fight became far more dangerous.

Lucas’s arms moved with frightening precision.

BLOCK!

PARRY!

DEFLECT!

COUNTER!

Every motion was efficient, every movement economical.

The rapid exchange produced a series of sharp impacts that echoed throughout the café.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Tables rattled, coffee cups jumped and the air itself seemed to vibrate beneath the force of their blows.

Neither man held back, neither man retreated.

Then Jade moved. She had been waiting patiently for her opportunity.

The moment Lucas’s attention focused entirely on Blake, she struck. Her body spun with athletic grace.

A vicious roundhouse kick ripped through the air toward Lucas’s temple.

The attack was fast, dangerously fast!

Lucas sensed it at the last moment and ducked. The kick missed by mere inches, the wind pressure alone rattled nearby tables.

Several customers stumbled backward.

Jade landed smoothly and immediately transitioned into another attack.

Her knee shot upward toward Lucas’s face, Lucas casually raised his forearm.

BAM!

The collision sent a shockwave through his arm. For the first time during the fight, he was forced backward.

One step, then another.

The sight energized Blake.

"Now!" 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺

The two attacked together, punches and kicks came from multiple angles.

Blake pressed from the front, Jade assaulted from the side. The coordination wasn’t perfect, but it was enough to create genuine pressure.

Lucas suddenly found himself surrounded. A kick slammed into his shoulder. A punch grazed his jaw. Another strike crashed into his ribs.

Several customers gasped.

For a brief moment, it looked as though Blake and Jade were winning.

Lucas wiped a thin line of blood from the corner of his mouth.

Then he smiled, a cold dangerous smile. The kind that made instinct scream.

"Finally."

The atmosphere changed, everyone felt it. Especially Blake.

The pressure radiating from Lucas became overwhelming..His eyes sharpened. His posture shifted. It was as if a predator had finally stopped playing with its prey.

Then Lucas exploded forward.

His speed doubled. Maybe tripled.

Blake barely had time to react.

BOOM!

A devastating body shot crashed into his stomach. Every ounce of air exploded from his lungs. His body folded forward involuntarily.

Before he could recover, Lucas spun. An elbow rocketed toward Jade.

She managed to raise her guard. It didn’t matter. The impact launched her backward.

Tables shattered beneath her and wood splintered.

Chairs overturned, the café erupted into chaos. Jade rolled across the floor before springing back up, refusing to stay down.

But Lucas was already there. He crossed the distance in an instant. The two exchanged a furious flurry of attacks.

PALM STRIKES!

ELBOWS!

KNEES!

KICKS!

Every collision echoed like thunder. Jade was skilled. Far more skilled than most fighters Lucas had encountered. Twice she landed clean strikes against his chest. A third attack narrowly missed his jaw.

But Lucas possessed something she couldn’t overcome easily

RAW POWER!

RAW SPEED!

RAW PHYSICAL DOMINANCE!

Then he caught her final kick. Jade’s eyes widened.

A chill ran through her spine.

"Shit—"

Lucas pivoted. Using her own momentum against her, he hurled her through the air.

She crashed through two tables before skidding across the floor.

The café shook from the impact. At the same moment, blake charged back into the fight.

A furious roar erupted from his throat. Lucas turned.

The two men met head-on.

BOOM!

Their fists collided. The sound resembled a gunshot. The impact staggered both fighters but neither backed down.

Blake gritted his teeth and unleashed everything he had. Punch after punch rained down. Lucas answered with punches of his own. The exchange became savage. Brutal. Animalistic.

Blood splattered and bruises formed. Muscles screamed.

Still they fought. Then Lucas saw it.

A single opening, one mistake. One fraction of a second..That was all he needed. His fist exploded upward.

CRACK!

A brutal uppercut slammed into Blake’s chin. His head snapped backward violently.

The world tilted. Stars exploded across his vision.

Before he could recover, Lucas grabbed him by the shirt.

Lifted him completely off the ground and hurled him. The café entrance shattered.

Glass exploded outward in a glittering storm. Blake flew into the street like a human projectile.

He slammed into a parked car hard enough to dent the metal. Alarms immediately began blaring. Traffic screeched to a halt. Pedestrians screamed.

The entire road froze. Blake tried to stand. Lucas was already coming. His footsteps thundered across the asphalt.

Each step sounded like a drumbeat of impending doom. Blake raised his arms, but he was a bit too slow.

BOOM!

A crushing punch buried itself in his stomach..His body nearly folded in half. Another punch smashed into his jaw. A third crashed across his face. Each strike landed like a sledgehammer.

Each impact shook his entire body. Blake fought to remain conscious. He ought to remain standing, fought to remain Blake.

But eventually, his legs gave out. He collapsed onto the road. Traffic backed up behind him.

Car horns blared endlessly. No one moved. No one spoke.

Silence settled over the street.

Lucas stood over him. His chest rose and fell steadily. Bruised. Bleeding.

Covered in dust and shattered glass. Yet still standing.

Even after facing Blake and Jade together. Even after fighting two skilled opponents at once.

He remained the last one standing.
