Chapter 361: New Villa, Equipment

Before Michael made a selection of the equipment that he was going to install for Kate, he thought about the fact that the ability that she had was grade SSS.

Considering that his advanced telekinesis, of the same grade, had a maximum limit of 15,000 tons, he had to consider the possibility that there was a time that Kate would be able to easily lift objects weighing that much.

Moreover, Michael was also thinking about acquiring this ability next. The presence of many abilities within the system store made selection quite difficult, but there were still some preferences.

Recently, ever since he got the clones, he had been idle. As for hanging around with Alex and the group, Michael did not like doing that frequently.

Therefore, Michael thought, if he could get this ability, while waiting for his body to adapt, he could continuously work out, to improve his strength to a level that was already beyond what he currently possessed.

It did not take long before Michael made a selection of the equipment that he wanted.

Immediately after the selection was made, of course, Michael did not go ahead to make the purchase. Instead, he went to another section of the system store, before looking for properties.

He could have asked Adrian to make a purchase of a good building, in a good location, where these equipment could be installed, but he thought against it.

First of all, some of the equipment that would be installed into the building would be quite heavy. Therefore, it was not suitable for him to get the room on high-rise buildings.

That was why Michael was looking for a standalone building. And of course, he was looking for one within this very community, as it would be much easier for Kate to be able to work out within this community.

With the ability of the system, Michael could make the purchase of any property within this community. But since he wanted to get access to the villa as soon as possible, he looked online first, for the villas that were currently unoccupied.

Of course, he did not need to do that himself, as Onyx checked that out for him, and within just 2 seconds, he had received a response that made him smile slightly.

[Riverside residential community villa number 4. Price: 35 SP.] π—³πš›π—²π•–π•¨π•–π—―πš—πš˜π•§π•–π—Ή.π—°π—Όπ•ž

Looking at the price of the villa, Michael did not even bat an eye before he made the purchase. The villa that he currently was in, even though it was gifted to him by Kate’s grandfather, Michael knew the price.

To acquire this villa, one needed to pay at least $2.8 million. As for Villa number 4, it was priced at $3.5 million.

Villa number 3 was priced at $4 million, while number 2 was priced at $5 million, and finally, villa number one was priced at $10 million.

Michael had already noticed that apart from villa number 4 that was currently unoccupied, villa number one was yet to be sold to someone.

From his understanding of this residential community, it was that, the lower the figure of the number, the higher the price of the villa. And of course, the quality of the villa was also high.

It was not mainly based on the size of the villa, but instead, the facilities and technology that was included in the villa were the reason why the prices varied.

The reason why Michael decided to buy Villa number 4 was simply because the villa was adjacent to his. Even though there was quite some space in between the villas separated by a low perimeter fence, it was much easier to get to villa number 4 as compared to any other villa that was currently unoccupied.

With the purchase completed, the system of course provided all the required documents. Unlike the previous time that he had to be given one of the access cards by Kate’s grandfather, and the others to be acquired from the property management office, this time, the system provided everything.

Looking at the black access card that had appeared together with the other documents, Michael realized that it was not that much different from the card that he held Villa number 5.

The only difference was that behind the card, there was number 4 written, indicating that this belonged to villa number 4.

After completing the purchase, and having the key to the villa, Michael was not in a hurry to go there. Instead, accessing the system store once again, he began making a selection.

Even though he had previously accessed the equipment that he could use, he had yet to select what he wanted.

So, he began filtering through the equipment available, and in just a little while, he had finalized on the equipment that he wanted. And, it was quite a long list.

This set of equipment, it was what Michael had finally decided on. At least, for the time being, this would do.

Most of this equipment would be capable of fitting in the rooms available within the villa. All that needed to be done was to take out the furniture and other items from within the villa, to create the space.

Of course, Michael had already thought of another thing, which was to create an advanced training room. He would be able to create the most advanced training space that Kate would be able to efficiently use.

Thinking about the adaptation ability that she had, if she needed to push this ability to the maximum potential, she needed to be exposed to different types of conditions.

Therefore, Michael was thinking about the possibility of him acquiring something like that from the system store.

In fact, it would be much better if it was an entire building, which could simulate or maybe shift things within it, so that it could expose someone to extreme coldness, extreme heat, and other extreme conditions.

It would be even better if it could expose someone to different types of poisons, but of course, each poison should have an antidote prepared. That way, if Kate could not adapt to that, she would just have to take the antidote to deal with it.

Just the thought of this was quite exciting. So, Michael no longer wasted time as he quickly accessed the system once again, quickly browsing.

This time, because he was quite specific about what he was looking for, he did not take long before he managed to find what he was looking for.
