Deputy Mayor Tori returned as a different person, showing extreme enthusiasm toward the young businessman from Huaxia, a stark contrast to his previous indifference.

Filas, Laimu, Luka, and the newly returned Kars all looked on in disbelief, thinking Deputy Mayor Tori must have taken the wrong medicine.

"I did have an urgent matter to attend to, but as soon as it was finished, I rushed back," Deputy Mayor Tori said with a laugh.
