Even when it expanded, while it did have new element of life, it did not exactly produce a life like on earth.

However, the milky way now is full of magical energy.

Whether you want to call it mana, Qi or anything else, it did not change the fact that it is some kind of magical energy

And something new and happened when the world expanded.

Magical energy rushed into Venus.

And in the process creating a new life.

Elementals.

Mostly of wind elementals.

They did not yet gained sentience, but merely following the winds, the fire, the water, following its nature

But they are a kind of life. But they are like babies

babies that is learning slowly.

But it is learning.

But other than elementals, there is also monsters.

Weirdly enough this is not a monster native to Venus. It does evolve from Venus, nor does it appear in Venus.

Instead, these monsters looks more like the kind of monster one would find on Earth.

These monster does not naturally appears in Venus. And not only monsters. There is also beast and animals, titanic in nature and weird but it is also the kind of beast that one would find on Earth

Hence, there is only once conclusion that could be made from this discovery.

And the moment they arrive they add some life to this planet.

It is thriving.

If someone come to Venus right now, landed on the ground, they might even think they are transported to Earth trillion of years ago when it just getting started.

There is some magnificent natural formations, from mountains to hills, from river to the sea, from the phenomenon in the sky to the movement of the Earth

Almost like some magical fantasy land with its own thrill, with magic and science, life and death all intertwining

Earth has its own natural beauties.

After the Fall, even though some of this natural beauties were transformed, the world added more natural beauties.

It might take some time but when the world stop being in turmoil, maybe just like before people would begin categorizing these natural beauties and giving it name

And Venus is the same.

Now that it is being terraformed, from heaven to earth, there is beautiful thing.

Terrifying things. But all of it added colour to this new world.

However, the question that anyone would ask after seeing this new Venus, how could the world powers never notice this?

This kind of relocation of so many beasts and so many monsters, someone should have noticed.

As for the reason why, no one noticed the reason is simple. It must be some kind of concealing or hiding formation being used to hide this planet changes.

If you just look at this planet using probe drones there is nothing that changes in the surface.

Even if you fly over this planet, maybe some Disk Formation realm beings who passes through this area while going to the next galaxy, they would find nothing wrong with it.

They might send some Divine Sense into it and even if they did, the one creating these changes on Venus probably also have a countermeasures for it.

And if they landed, there is a high chance they would be captured or trap. Whoever set up this new world under such secrecy probably have many protocol to deal with unexpected incident that could reveal this place true nature

However.... this kind of concealing formation that covers the entire planet, a planet that now is equal or even bigger than Jupiter is not an easy task.

No...no...it is a monumental task that could not be done by just one person.

The one doing this either have to be really powerful or have a lot of resources.

If one thinks of powerful person, one mind naturally goes to Death Monarch.

If he is the one doing this, then it makes sense

But there is a high probability it isn’t him

Simply because Death Monarch rarely even cares about expanding his power.

His government might be interested in space exploration but they are clearly more interested in Earth affairs

And Death Monarch....would not do it like this.

The story of how he transformed Pandemonium is already a legend or might some kind of divine stories in some temples dedicated to him

Death Monarch would use magic to transform worlds.

That is his strength. If it was him, there would be no need for all of this techs all over the planet.

The fact that these three are the premier great power means if they did want to do things, they did not need to do with much secrecy.

After all, it is not like terraforming a planet is a bad thing.

If this place is to create some kind of weapon, then one could understand the reason for secret

But the fact that all of this is shrouded in secrecy means that the answer already revealed itself.

The one doing this is not a powerful person.

But someone with a lot of resources.

Not only one must have the resources, one must also have the brains.

The things in Venus, these structure from the Helios shields to the stake that is pierced through the ground to stabilize the gravity, all of this method is so advanced that even the current Earth did not possess it.

However, it is not so foreign that one would mistake it from an alien tech.

The world did not pay attention to Venus.

But Venus pays attention to Earth.

Somewhere in this new planet, there is a base.

It is below ground.

And there is a few dozen people inside this base.

A human.

This human read the readings in his holographic pad and then nodded.

A message arrived in his pad this morning after he finished adjusting the meridian of the river.

He had then sent probe all over Venus to confirm some readings

And now he is checking the readings. Then he nodded. He walks out of his room and went to the Communication Rooms.

And then he sent a message. And the message is headed towards Earth

There is a lot of things that is happening on Earth. But no one notice a signal coming from outer space.

This signal reached Earth in light years calculation. If there is a satellite that could pick up the transmission, someone could probably trace the signal. But no one set up any communication satellite near Venus. And the one close enough to Venus....probably could not caught this transmission.

No one notice this signal.

Not any of the World Government satellite, or the probes that belongs to the Republic.

But this signal must go somewhere. And that somewhere is an observatory

An observatory in the Antarctica.

The signal was received and the people on the ground interpreted it. The people in the observatory then relay that message to the Inner Chamber of the Order of the Thinkers

Yes, when you think about it, there is only one force on Earth that could built all of those structures in Venus.

They fit all of the conditions.

They are not strong enough to withstand any probe by the other world powers so they must maintain secrecy.

And they have enough resources and ability to create those structures

Order of Thinkers, the foremost knowledgeable group of people in the world. Most in tehri ranks re researchers, scientist, engineers, hackers, those with science background

But over the years it is a place where people who have talent in science go to.

They have to adapt to the new world and some new jobs and profession arises.

Hackers these days not only hack electronic devices but also magical formation.

Researchers had to diversify.

An archaeologist before the Fall would is a scientific researcher who studies human history and prehistory through the excavation and analysis of material remains

An archelogies after the Fall studies the ruins and the great wonders that appears after the Fall. Most famously, the pyramids in Egypt that emanate energy, or the Stonehenge that glows in certain months

Even though Egypt today is no longer at the same position, the pyramid is still there.

The world expands but the original position of the pyramid did not change.

Those who did change is not because of Death Monarch but because magic that is inherent in it, there is many of these cases.

And this are the things that they studied.

The signal arrives and then someone enters into the deepest chamber.

The structure of this place is very weird. There is time and space matrixes all over the walls and each time you enter inside a chamber, the time and space it occupies is different

Some chambers would even lead you to a chamber in a different dimension

Some is in a different time. This kind of chambers that relies on such magic requires a huge amount of energy

This is security. Each chamber could lead you to a different dimension making trying to sense whoever is in a particular chamber almost impossible.
