Lustful Demon King: Summoned by the Demon Goddesses!
Chapter 230: Future Visit!
"Hurry up and get stronger, my King," Those words, along with Lilith’s actions were etched in Jax’s mind.
"I’ll be sure to," was his response, as he leaned in and captured Lilith’s lips, holding her voluptuous body in his arms, as he felt her delicate hands washing off all the sweat, stains and marks off of his body.
The duo remained in the luxurious bath for another couple hours until Jax decided to leave, and with that he got dressed and disappeared from the Divine Realm.
He reappeared in the Faerie Realm, along one of the elevated terraces of the palace, the transition so smooth it felt like stepping between thoughts rather than worlds.
The air greeted him immediately, clean and alive. It carried that same faint sweetness unique to the Faerie Realm, layered with rich mana that flowed far more organically than anywhere else in Terra.
Jax exhaled slowly, "...Back."
His golden eyes drifted across the horizon.
The glowing forests stretched endlessly below, their light pulsing softly beneath the now-deepening twilight.
Floating lights drifted lazily through the air, and distant laughter from the earlier gala still echoed faintly through the palace grounds.
But something else had changed. Not the world, but himself.
After absorbing the Spacial Rune and the meeting with the Demon Goddesses within the Divine Realm, his perception had sharpened even further.
Now, Jax could easily feel the thinness of space between the various realms, the subtle overlap of magical energies, and even here within the Faerie Realm, Jax could sense the faint boundary where the Divine Realm brushed against reality.
Jax smirked slightly, "...Yeah."
There was no going back now. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺
"You returned."
The voice came from behind him and Jax immediately recognized who it was, "Yeah, though there were some unexpected stuff happening along the way,"
He glanced over his shoulder and spotted Elyndra, who wasn’t dressed in her full Queenly ceremonial attire this time, instead wearing something softer.
It was still regal, and gave her an air of authority, but lighter. A flowing gown of pale emerald and gold, woven from living threads that shimmered gently with mana. Her wings were partially unfurled, glowing faintly in the dim light of the evening.
Her hair drifted softly in the breeze as her eyes studied him, "...You feel different, looks like whatever happened was pretty important," she said.
Jax turned fully toward her.
"That obvious?"
She stepped closer, staring him up and down before nodding without any sort of hesitation, "Yeah,"
"The air reacts to you more strongly now." Her gaze sharpened slightly, "Even space feels... thinner around you."
Jax smirked faintly, "Good observation."
Elyndra tilted her head slightly, "As a queen, I need to be good at noticing things like this after all,"
The duo began a short walk through the terrace, and midway through that walk, Elyndra spoke, "There is actually something I should inform you of."
Jax glanced at her.
"Oh?"
She slowed slightly, turning to face him more directly, "I will be visiting the Demon Kingdom."
That caught Jax’s attention. From his memories, even when the Faerie’s did trades with other species, the Faerie Queen herself basically never left the Faerie Ream, so Jax was a-bit shocked she was actually planning on heading to the Demon Kingdom.
Jax raised an eyebrow and inquired, "Personally?"
She nodded immediately, "Yes."
Her expression remained calm as she spoke, but there was definitely a certain kind of intent behind it, "After all, we’ve made an alliance, and this alliance... cannot remain symbolic. We need to be more connected,"
Her gaze deepened, looking towards the sky as a small smile formed on her lips, "If our people are going to truly work together to build a better tomorrow, then it’s only natural that I see your Kingdom with my own eyes, see the various advancements your making and how Demons live,"
Jax look at her for a moment and then smirked, "Well then I hope you enjoy my Kingdom when you visit,"
After that, Jax arrived at the chambers where he and the others stayed, and split away from Elyndra.
Jax stepped into the chambers quietly, though his presence alone seemed to shift the atmosphere.
The soft glow of fae lanterns illuminated the room, casting gentle gold and green hues across polished floors and flowing drapery. It didn’t take long for him to spot them.
Sabrina was seated near the balcony, one leg crossed over the other, idly swirling a glass of some shimmering fae nectar.
Serika, on the other hand, was stretched comfortably across a plush couch, her three purple fox tails flicking lazily behind her as she flipped through a book she clearly wasn’t paying much attention to.
Both of them looked up the moment he entered.
"...Jax."
Serika was the first to move, her expression lighting up as she slipped off the couch in one smooth motion and walked straight toward him.
Sabrina followed shortly after, more composed as always, but the warmth in her eyes gave her away.
Jax didn’t say anything at first.
He simply opened his arms.
That was all the invitation they needed.
Serika reached him first, wrapping her arms tightly around his torso as she pressed into him, her tail curling slightly behind her. Sabrina joined a second later, her embrace gentler but no less intentional, her head resting briefly against his shoulder.
Jax exhaled softly, a faint smile forming as he wrapped an arm around each of them.
"Miss me that much?"
Serika huffed lightly, though she didn’t let go. "You left for hours. Of course we did."
Sabrina pulled back just enough to look at him, her gaze scanning his face as if checking for something unseen. "You feel... different."
Jax smirked faintly. "Yeah, I’ve been hearing that a lot today."
Serika tilted her head up at him. "So? What happened?"
"I had a meeting with the Goddesses,"
Serika blinked, her eyes widening. Sabrina, however, just sighed softly, already used to the absurdity that seemed to follow him. "Of course you did."
Jax chuckled quietly before leaning down, placing a soft kiss on Serika’s forehead first. She blinked again, momentarily caught off guard, before her ears twitched slightly in satisfaction.
He then turned to Sabrina, tilting her chin up gently before pressing a brief, warm kiss to her lips.
Neither lingered too long, but both carried intent.
"How was your day?" he asked afterward, his tone softer now.
Serika stretched her arms behind her head, "Pretty boring, we just relaxed a-lot here. Everyone is so nice,"
"Good," Jax said with a nod.
There was a brief pause before his expression shifted, becoming more focused, "We’re heading back."
Serika straightened slightly. "To the Demon Kingdom?"
"Yeah. We can’t stay here forever after all,"
That was all they needed to hear.
Sabrina gave a small nod, "Then let’s not keep your Kingdom waiting."
