Ji Minghuan turned to look at him, "If I were one of the top leaders of the Salvation Society, you would be the first to be dealt with right now."

"What do you mean by that?" the Mentor stubbed out his cigarette.

"Because the most powerful children in the world trust you and are willing to lend you their power," Ji Minghuan said slowly, "If you wanted to rebel, wouldn’t it be just a matter of minutes? Who knows what sinister plans you’re hatching in your mind?"

The Mentor was silent for a moment, then suddenly let out a low laugh.

"You’re right, but I’m just following their orders to get close to you, risking my life, trying to become good friends with geniuses like you. If they decide to betray me, there’s nothing I can do," the Mentor smiled slightly, "Wouldn’t you say, Changkong?"

"What?" Sun Changkong blinked his eyes and turned back, having not paid attention to their conversation, still thinking about riding on a polar bear’s back to tour the North Pole.

"If they kill me, would you be sad for me? Or perhaps... angry?"

"Of course," Sun Changkong was taken aback, then furrowed his fiery red eyebrows, "If they dare bully you, I’ll knock them into mooncakes with a stick."

Ji Minghuan propped his chin in his hand, quietly watching the two of them, feeling a sudden chill creep over him.

Originally, he just wanted to joke casually, to see if he could guide the Salvation Society’s top leaders to pay attention to this seemingly kind-hearted but wolfish guy, to prevent the Mentor’s schemes from developing unchecked — clearly, from the Red Light incident, the Mentor and the Salvation Society were not on the same side.

Yet, hearing what the Mentor said, the top leaders of the Salvation Society, considering the risks, would never simply take action against him now.

So, Ji Minghuan thought for a moment and continued, "If I were in the Salvation Society’s top leadership, after dealing with you, I might consider creating a safe android to replace you, so we wouldn’t have to worry about angering the kids... It would look just like you and sound just like you, thus gaining the children’s trust, but it would be safer, more obedient. Isn’t that perfect?"

"Ji Minghuan, do you really want me dead?" the Mentor took a sip of tea, "There’s no need to say such incendiary words."

"Speaking of which, I still don’t know the name of the person holding the fragment of Zeus," Ji Minghuan said.

"I don’t know either," the Mentor said.

"Wu Qingjie," the Mentor said, "That’s the child’s name, a very pitiful child. Don’t be fooled by his madness; he’s actually kind-hearted."

"Is he outside the Salvation Society?" Ji Minghuan asked.

"No, he’s already back," the Mentor said.

"So, what major event happened outside that prompted you to deploy Zeus?" Ji Minghuan looked at the Mentor’s eyes, curious, "Didn’t you say that unless it was a critical moment, you would never let him out? After all, one mistake could lead to a country’s destruction."

"Just yesterday... we received intelligence that among the Light-Eating Bees that escaped from the Whale Terrarium back then, there were actually two Queen Bees. They were a pair of sisters," the Mentor mused, "Rainbow Wings eliminated the Queen Bee on the deserted island. But the other Queen Bee is still alive; the first Queen Bee fled to a deserted island near Japan back then."

"And then?" Ji Minghuan thought for a moment, "Where did the other Queen Bee go?"

"She hid in the slums of India," the Mentor said, "This decision was exceedingly bold... It’s a place nobody expected, so for all these years, no one had discovered she was quietly feeding."

He paused: "In the end, she gave birth to three Bee Princes in India, not as strong as the four in Japan. But as long as there are multiple Bee Princes, there is a risk of a Bee King being born."

"So, you urgently deployed Zeus just to eradicate the Light-Eating Bees in India in one fell swoop?" Ji Minghuan said without hesitation.

The Mentor nodded: "On the deserted island, we saw what happened after the Bee King was born; it almost wiped out Rainbow Wings single-handedly. Therefore, we cannot take that risk again."

"Did you take them out?"

"Perfectly, all three major Bee Princes in India were wiped out, and the Queen Bee was thoroughly eliminated."

"Though the result is good, isn’t Zeus still unstable? Why not deploy the big sis instead?" Ji Minghuan said.

"Yeah, why not have me and Ji Minghuan go, while he watches me perform from behind," Sun Changkong chimed in.

"He is very stable now," the Mentor stated, "He can control his power smoothly now."

"Really?" Ji Minghuan looked at him in discontent, "Come on, how many people were accidentally hurt, or did you wipe out an entire city?"

"Not to that extent, you can verify it with your own eyes," the Mentor said gloomily, "The power of a god..."

Ji Minghuan hesitated for a moment, looked at the tablet computer on the table. He got out of bed, sat opposite the Mentor, and lifted his finger to press a button on the screen.

The video began to play, only ten seconds long. Sun Changkong also rode the Somersault Cloud over, landing beside Ji Minghuan, and leaned closer to watch the computer screen together with him.

On the screen was a starry sky, with a drizzle breaking through the clouds and falling onto the barren earth.

"Boom——!" Suddenly, a thunder that seemed capable of tearing apart the stratosphere came out of the darkness.

Then, a burst of daylight-like brilliance lit up the entire world, dyeing the entire computer screen white.

A moment later, when the blazing white faded, a giant shadow danced with lightning under the night sky.
