One-Eyed Monster
Chapter 896 - 894: Everything Happens for a Reason
Teacher Hadi kept using words to provoke Stan Sol.
Just like Perkins said, Stan Sol's anger slowly surfaced.
Most people choose to unleash their anger; they throw things, curse, or hit people. People can do anything to vent their feelings. However, Stan Sol did not choose the usual way. He remained silent, swallowing his anger quietly.
This anger was difficult to vent from him.
"I've said so much, yet are you not angry at all? Look at Igor, I haven't even mentioned him, and he's already gnashing his teeth for you." Teacher Hadi finally stopped his nagging. He didn't want to use vile language to anger Stan Sol any longer.
Language is a weapon that can pierce a person at any moment. Stan Sol was unknowingly subject to Teacher Hadi's verbal mockery and attack, leaving him with a bad taste in his mouth. Yet, he remained neither humble nor arrogant. Even as his face turned purple-red, he didn't utter a single word in rebuttal.
"What are you thinking about? Isn't this enough to provoke your anger?" Teacher Hadi continued speaking in a soft tone.
Perkins nudged Igor with his elbow, wearing a smug smile, as if to say "See, I was right. Teacher Hadi is completely helping Stan Sol."
Yet, Stan Sol remained silent as if his anger was thoroughly concealed.
"Do we have to get physical for you to show your inner anger? Don't you feel any repression?" Teacher Hadi continued to taunt.
"No, I am very angry, but I cannot release this anger." Stan Sol finally spoke. Under Teacher Hadi's provocation, he finally reacted.
"I suppose the following events should be quite interesting." Perkins said confidently to Igor, feeling quite inflated as his previous speculation seemed confirmed.
"Ugh, why are you looking at this with a spectator mindset? Don't you think we need to help Stan Sol?" Igor sneered at Perkins.
"Sometimes we have to recognize our limits. Interrupting Teacher Hadi now would be unwise; likewise for Stan Sol. You have to understand, we're powerless here. So instead, open your heart and observe all these details." Perkins wasn't offended by Igor's attitude. He felt young people are often swayed by emotions, which is understandable—he was the same in his youth.
Teacher Hadi looked at Stan Sol, expressionless: "Is your anger so precious that you're reluctant to release it? Will bottling it up in your heart solve the problem?"
"I know people shouldn't be oppressed by emotions, but I also know I shouldn't be driven by them right now." Stan Sol's heart churned, yet his facial expression remained largely unchanged. However, anyone could see he was deliberately suppressing his emotions.
"So you'll just bottle yourself up like this?"
"I cannot conceal my emotions like the Politician, but I know I cannot be angry here, I cannot vent here."
"Why?" At this moment, even Igor wanted to know the reason and couldn't help blurting out.
"Although anger fills my body, releasing it won't change anything—it'll only make things worse. True anger isn't about release, but about using it against enemies." Stan Sol said steadily; his expression was evidently strained, caused by holding back his emotions.
"Do you feel good bottling up your emotions like this, not letting them out?" Teacher Hadi asked, this time without a mocking tone.
"I must control these emotions. Only when I can control them will I walk freely on future paths, otherwise, everything is futile." Stan Sol said, and at this moment he was much better than before.
"Good, from this moment on, you've resolved more than half of your emotional turmoil." Teacher Hadi said with a smile, "As long as you can control your anger, you will find the answers you seek."
"What is happening!" Igor was dumbfounded. Teacher Hadi changed so fast, from mockery to solace—it was a change Igor couldn't comprehend.
"Haha, just say I guessed right, Teacher Hadi is healing the Sol Brothers!" Perkins was unusually excited.
"How do you know?" Igor was a bit unwilling, surprised why he couldn't figure it out himself.
"Ah, to be honest, when Teacher Hadi talked to me earlier, I didn't pay attention, but later remembered it was Teacher Hadi healing my emotional wound!" Perkins reflected.
"What? So you had premonitions and were calm because you experienced it!" Igor seemed to understand something and immediately said.
"Although it's a bit embarrassing, it's indeed the case. Sorry, Igor, for making fun of you." Perkins apologized with a smile.
Perkins actually didn't realize at first that Teacher Hadi was healing Stan Sol. He was surprised by Teacher Hadi's reaction. As he pondered, he suddenly felt refreshed from the earlier conversation. So he carefully tasted the nuances and discovered the clues. He then started his speculation, which has now been confirmed, allowing him to boast before Igor.
Igor, still in a daze, barely understood what was happening…
He only saw Stan Sol thanking Teacher Hadi, with the sincerest gratitude.
Igor hung his head; this was the Teacher Hadi he knew best, yet now he felt like the most unfamiliar person. Watching the other two being enlightened by Teacher Hadi, he felt troubled.
"Don't worry, Igor, you're next. My current guesses are always accurate." Perkins nudged Igor with his elbow, teasing.
Igor didn't pay it any mind; he felt things were happening too fast, he hadn't had time to digest them.
"Alright, now we should talk about the serious matters." Teacher Hadi suddenly withdrew his playful demeanor, speaking sternly.
Perkins and Stan Sol naturally sat upright, having been cleansed by Teacher Hadi's language therapy, they were in high spirits.
Igor, though, listlessly supported his chin with his hand, seemingly disconnected from anything happening here…
