Rebirth: Clinging to My Possessive Magnate
Chapter 875: Picking a Fight
Sophie Wilson couldn’t help but laugh; she was truly impressed by Emerie’s intelligence: "Do you think the Wilson Clan’s business is stronger than the Peace Group, or do you think I, with Lingzhu Jewelry, am short of money?"
"Emerie, my dad and I have the same demand. If you have us, you don’t have the Wilsons, and if you have the Wilsons, you don’t have us!" Sophie sneered, "You figure it out."
"Sophie, you’re going too far!" Emerie cursed, "Don’t you think about your grandfather at all?"
"No, I don’t." Sophie laughed mockingly, "I’ve never had a grandfather all my life."
After speaking, Sophie placed her coffee money down, got up, and left.
After Sophie left, the anger on Emerie’s face was replaced by a triumphant smile. She happily took out her phone, paid the bill, and left.
Sophie checked the time, turned her steps, and walked toward the company. It had been a long time since she’d been to the renovation company.
She really was an incompetent boss.
Upon entering the company, Sophie clearly sensed tension in the air, with a group of people gathered around the customer reception room door.
She had restructured the company afterward, specifically opening a VIP customer reception room to entertain major clients. But... her company’s people couldn’t be that inexperienced, unable to handle a major client, right?
"What’s going on?" Sophie asked curiously.
"Someone’s causing trouble, huh? Eh? Didn’t you see it just now, that woman... President Wilson!" The employee speaking turned around, almost jumping in surprise upon seeing Sophie.
The employees drawn by the commotion also nervously stared at Sophie, being caught watching the excitement during work hours by their own big boss... they almost wanted to cry.
"What’s the matter?" Sophie didn’t mind it, as long as it didn’t delay work. Taking a little break... that’s human nature.
"A female client came in, saying she wanted a house renovation but kept picking faults and finally insisted on Director Wells serving her."
"Alright, I got it." Sophie nodded, pushed open the reception room door, and walked in.
Of course, other employees hurried back to their positions. With the boss present, staying to watch the show wasn’t far from seeking death.
"... Are you even embarrassed to show off such a design style? It’s so tacky, so ugly, what is all this?" A fashionably dressed young woman’s nail-polished fingers disdainfully tossed the papers on the table.
The large office desk was a mess as she flipped it, mixing various renovation style papers into a chaotic pile.
"Miss, Director Wells is our Marketing Director. If you want a specific renovation style, you should talk to the Design Director." Sophie entered, wearing a smile, but her words weren’t polite at all.
This was a company, a place to do business, not a playground for people to cause trouble!
"I just want a better renovation style, so what? I’m the client, I’m the god!"
"Sorry, we don’t have religious beliefs." Sophie stared at her, coldly laughed, and pointed to the door, simply saying, "Not seeing you out!"
The young woman’s face changed, unwillingly staring at Lucy Wells, questioning, "Are you only capable of standing behind others?"
Now, that’s an interesting comment.
Sophie sized up the young woman. Who sent her here, anyway?
"Miss Lee, whatever kind of renovation style you want, just tell us. If our company can’t meet your demands, you can try another company; a home is where the heart is and cannot be taken lightly."
