 "I ran away amidst the fight, but," Ralph sighed, it was embarrassing, but he continued, "I was kidnapped again. But I’m not sure I can say this next part."
 "Why?" Baines asked, his gaze staring deep into Ralph, "Is it because of that?"
 "What are you talking about?" Ralph asked.
 "What is that in your soul?" he asked, his frown deepening.
 "You can see my soul?" Ralph was startled but answered, "Well, this is a slave contract."

 "You can’t. They would find out," Ralph protested.
 "No," Baines shook his head, his voice cold. "They wouldn’t see tomorrow."
 The way he said it was like a done deal.
 "Haa... alright," Ralph relented, allowing the chains to enter him.
