After getting their license, the two sat in the hovercar, a warm and sweet atmosphere filling the space.

Mingye held Su Yaoyao tightly, and she, in turn, leaned languidly against his chest. Together, they quietly watched the scenery flash past the window.

He lowered his head slightly, his lips drawing near her ear. His voice was deep and magnetic, like a fine, mellow wine, whispering in her ear and plucking at her heartstrings, making her heart skip a beat.

"A honeymoon?" Su Yaoyao paused, startled. Her thoughts, which had been lost in the beautiful scenery outside, were instantly pulled back to the present.

She tilted her head up to look at Mingye, her clear eyes filled with innocent confusion.

"Yes. Other wives take their Beast Husbands on a honeymoon trip after getting their license. I get one too, don’t I?" Mingye asked, his eyes revealing a sliver of hope, like a child yearning for a treasured gift but terrified of being refused.

He stared intently into Su Yaoyao’s eyes, trying to catch the slightest hint of a positive response.

It was only then that understanding dawned on Su Yaoyao. Her heart jolted as if struck by lightning.

’Oh my god,’ she realized. ’I never even took Bai Lian and the others on a honeymoon.’

A strange sense of guilt washed over her like a tidal wave, threatening to drown her.

She silently berated herself for her oversight. ’How could I have been so thoughtless and ignored their feelings?’

Her brow furrowed tightly, her expression filled with regret.

"You don’t want to?" Mingye asked, his face falling as he read her expression.

"No, we’re definitely going on a honeymoon! I was just thinking that I still haven’t taken Bai Lian and the others on one," Su Yaoyao said quickly, a note of urgency in her voice.

A look of determination entered her eyes. She seemed to have resolved not only to have a wonderful honeymoon with Mingye but also to make it up to Bai Lian and the others later.

Hearing this, the corners of Mingye’s mouth curved up into a pleased smile.

He was Su Yaoyao’s fourth Beast Husband, but being the one to accompany her on her very first honeymoon trip... ’There’s something special about that,’ he thought. He felt like the luckiest man in the world.

Mingye hesitated for a moment before saying slowly, "The Sea Clan." His voice was a little deeper than before, as if he worried Su Yaoyao would reject the idea.

Su Yaoyao froze. The moment she heard "Sea Clan," the image of Noah instantly flashed through her mind.

She thought about everything that had happened with Noah and wondered if he was still angry with her. Her mood instantly plummeted.

A flicker of sorrow crossed her eyes, which began to well up. A single, glistening tear slid down her cheek.

Mingye’s heart ached seeing her cry. He quickly cupped her face in his hands, gently wiping away the tear with his thumb. "What’s wrong?" he asked anxiously.

His eyes were filled with concern and worry, as if each of her tears was a sharp needle piercing his heart.

"I miss Noah," Su Yaoyao said, her voice catching on a sob. She bit her lip, trying to suppress the emotions welling up inside her.

Noah’s face kept appearing in her mind. She recalled their happy times together, and then the bitter argument that had ended with their unhappy parting. Her heart filled with guilt and longing.

"Then let’s go to the Sea Clan and find him," Mingye said without hesitation. His eyes were firm as he squeezed her hand, as if trying to transfer his strength to her.

"No, you don’t understand. I... I argued with him that day. I slapped him. He only went back to the Sea Clan because he was angry. He definitely doesn’t want to see me," Su Yaoyao said, fresh tears streaming down her face.

She was filled with self-reproach and anxiety, terrified that Noah truly resented her for their fight and would never want to see her again.

Mingye sighed. ’Of course he knew Noah was dying to see Su Yaoyao. It’s just that Noah was too proud to be the first to make up, and he was still sulking over how close Yaoyao was with Lucia.’

At the time, the Sea Clan was facing a terrible catastrophe. A dark power surged from the depths, threatening to devour their entire world.
