"Incredible."

Clementine murmured as she watched the fight between Adel and the mysterious woman.

After a while, she finally managed to snap out of her thoughts and focus on Adel’s fight.

’What is that sword art? Also, she uses mana backwards. Does that mean she has Mana Reflux? She might die, but...’

In reality, nothing was happening to him. The mana reflux that Adel was experiencing felt just like using mana normally.

There was no problem, which impressed Clementine.

She had never seen anyone use Mana Reflux to fight before.

Adel’s sword cut through the air, and a thin black line appeared around the woman’s leg.

She moved quickly, swinging her sword, but the next second she fell face down, on her side.

He looked at his leg and noticed it was a meter away.

The Power of Chaos exploded around him. He stood up from the ground, but his twisted smile hadn’t disappeared.

Even though he was in pain, he endured it and kept smiling.

"Little Adel, you’ve changed more than I ever imagined."

Adel responded without hesitation.

"Tks, stop calling me that. Anyway, the change in me is none of your business, so just die."

Adel lunged toward her, and a deafening roar echoed throughout the Golden Forest.

When he arrived in front of the woman, Adel swung his fist dozens of times and struck the woman’s chest.

With neither an arm nor a leg, the woman could only take Adel’s blows.

However, she wasn’t going to be defeated so easily.

The Power of Chaos gathered in her sword, and she swung it with force.

A giant canyon appeared in the middle of the forest.

It was at least twenty meters deep and eight meters wide.

Adel couldn’t help but be surprised by it.

Just as she finished thinking this, the woman murmured.

"Zone of Isolation."

Adel reacted instantly. If he were trapped in her Zone of Isolation, his power would be suppressed forever.

He channeled Inverted Mana into his sword and unleashed it like a bomb toward the woman.

The Inverted Mana surged forth, forming a massive blade of mana.

From the woman, a thin layer began to spread out and engulf the entire world around her.

However, it was interrupted by a massive surge of Inverted Mana.

The Inverted Mana entered his body and destroyed the Power of Chaos’s Circulation Channels.

The woman’s eyes turned white for a few seconds before returning to normal.

However, a large amount of black blood spilled everywhere.

The blood flowed from her like water in a river.

Her circulation channels were forced to explode by the Inverted Mana.

To her, it felt like a surge of mana.

Her body fell backward, and she realized she had lost her remaining leg and half of her arm.

Her sword, made of the Power of Chaos, had disappeared because her circulation channels were destroyed at that moment.

Blood gushed from the pores and every orifice of Adel’s body.

Because he used an Aura Blade, something only a 5 Star can use, the damage inside him increased suddenly.

For a moment, he almost fell to the ground, but he stood firm.

’S-shit, I’m about to pass out.’

He didn’t feel any pain, but he knew his body was at its limit and that many of his organs and blood vessels had been shattered.

’I must kill her now.’

Adel began moving quickly toward the woman. When he reached her, he raised his sword and aimed for her head.

He gathered a large amount of mana to destroy her completely.

Just as he began to lower the sword...

A massive tentacle struck him and slammed him into a dozen trees.

The blow was so overwhelming that his body simply broke.

His bones and most of his organs were crushed.

Adel’s face went pale, and she was in shock for a few seconds before recovering.

Adel screamed and cursed as he watched the woman’s body vanish just as the Demonic Beast fully awoke.

Tentacles swept across the skies and the earth, and the entire Golden Forest began to tremble violently.
