Since only one technique could be cultivated and it needed to be unique, Carson Flores would certainly not settle for less.

After discussing the cultivation technique, Carson couldn’t resist his curiosity and asked about the origin of these Sea God Commands: "The Sea God Commands belong to the Sea God Sect. Emerion Yarwood and others are from the Black Demon Sect. How did they come to have so many Sea God Commands? Could it be they killed people from the Sea God Sect and seized them?"

Floating Cloud replied, "In this region, the Sea God Sect occupies some areas with a large number of believers. Emerion Yarwood and others quietly killed the managers and seized their Sea God Commands."

"To gain Will Power, they usually capture the holders of the Sea God Commands, force them to publicly claim they are going into seclusion, then choose trusted people to continue managing the lands before killing them off. This way, they seize the nests and continue gathering Will Power with the Sea God Commands."

Carson Flores widened his eyes in shock, "Parasitic?"

Carson asked, "If all the Will Power in these Sea God Commands is absorbed, can one collect more from followers?"

Floating Cloud answered, "As long as they return to a certain range, the Sea God Commands can connect with the worshiped statues to collect Will Power. However, first, the collection rate is slow; second, if you continue to steal Will Power and are discovered by the Sea God Sect, you’d become their big enemy with no justification."

Carson agreed with a chuckle, "Alright then, let’s just consider it a windfall and not expect more."

Floating Cloud laughed, "Right, that’s how you should think. I heard that the Sea God Sect’s headquarters has a Pool of Will Power and gives special rewards to those who make significant contributions, allowing them to cultivate in the Pool of Will Power for a certain period. Unfortunately, since you’ve joined Dragon Mountain Sect, as an adversary of the Sea God Sect, you probably won’t have the chance."

Carson’s eyes lit up, "Pool of Will Power?"

Floating Cloud explained, "The Sea God Commands require Will Power to be successively contributed. Floating Cloud laughed heartily, "The probability exists but is pitifully small. However, whether the chance arises or not, cultivating a high-order Will-Power Cultivation technique is indeed necessary."
