The Ice King's Little Trouble Maker

Mr. Gu noticed Qiao Yuxian covering most of her face and looking down without speaking.

After a while, he said, "Qiao Yuxian."

Qiao Yuxian ignored him, remaining still with her head bowed.

Mr. Gu glanced at her again, then parked the car by the roadside and turned his head to look at her.

Feeling his gaze, Qiao Yuxian shrank further into her clothes, almost covering her eyes.

But as soon as she retreated, Mr. Gu pulled down her collar. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

His fingertips were somewhat cold, brushing against Qiao Yuxian’s face.

Feeling her hand touch him, Mr. Gu snapped back to reality, realizing what he had done.

His eyes flashed momentarily.

Seeing her side face also turn red, he drew his hand back, gripping her chin to make her turn to face him.

As soon as Qiao Yuxian was turned around, she put on a fierce little look.

Mr. Gu, looking at her adorable little face, paused and said, "Qiao Yuxian, as the eldest grandson of the Gu Family and its head, the entire Gu Family fears me."

Qiao Yuxian’s fierce little expression turned a bit bewildered.

"Do you know what they’re both afraid of and relieved about?" Mr. Gu asked.

Qiao Yuxian blinked without responding.

"They’re relieved that I never had a girlfriend." Mr. Gu continued slowly, "Relieved that I haven’t married and have no children."

Qiao Yuxian’s eyelashes fluttered twice rapidly, paused, and said, "You’re married."

Her voice was a bit muffled because her chin was pinched.

"They should all know you’re married, right? There are Gu Shuluo’s spies in the old house, surely others too." Qiao Yuxian added.

"They can’t find out about you; I’ve had your information locked." Mr. Gu touched her face, feeling its warmth.

Qiao Yuxian felt a bit warm, and sensing the coolness of his hand, she instinctively rubbed her face against it.

Like a little animal, she rubbed against her master’s palm.

Mr. Gu’s eyelashes lightly quivered.
