After all, their world had been continuously weakened over the years by the attacks of invaders from the Exotic Realm.

Their World was being constantly weakened.

This was especially true after several years ago, when numerous powerful Divine Spirits had arrived outside their World.

Among them were even mighty Upper Rank Gods.

An Upper Rank God could, of course, destroy the Lower Rank God worlds they occupied to eliminate them.

However, destroying a world would incur punishment from the Laws of the Star Realm.

It was as calm and steady as ever, like a gradually tightening noose.

When even a method as powerful as burning Faith had no effect on this bizarre infiltration, the Witch Evil God Uli Taft felt Death’s grip tightening around her neck.

Over several consecutive days of resistance,

she had successively used the Celestial Dome’s claws from the Tree of the Magic Ring, made the Witch Goddess’s world tremble and shriek, and even burned her own Believers.

But all these methods could only cause temporary interference; they could barely disrupt the bizarre power of the descending Evil God Calamity.

Meanwhile, her opponent!

That damned Demigod had already annihilated more than fifty city-states and over a thousand smaller towns.

This terrifying, world-ending power was advancing step by step.

And the Witch Evil God, Uli Taft, had no way to fight back.

This World... was about to be destroyed.

The desperate Witch Evil God, Uli Taft, looked up at the Celestial Dome Curtain.

She could faintly see that damned Demigod and the powers of the many Exotic Divine Spirits that so terrified her.

She shrieked in a frenzy.

"Demigod of the Exotic Realm!"

"You and I are both of the Evil God Sequence. We were born for destruction."

"Why have you thrown in your lot with the Exotic Lands to come and destroy us?"

Zorn paid her no mind.

He simply continued to silently advance his world-ending process.

’If she had begged for mercy, I might have given her the chance to become my servant.’

’But she’s at death’s door and still dares to challenge me. For that, she deserves to be utterly obliterated.’

After her furious outburst yielded no results, the Witch Evil God Uli Taft could only depart in helpless resignation.

’Staying here any longer would only cause me more harm, both from the annihilation of the vast web of Faith and the destruction of the many Trees of the Magic Ring.’

’If I retreat now and sever my connection to this world, I can mitigate some of the damage.’

’By sacrificing a limb to survive, I can rely on my core world and live on, even if my power will be greatly diminished.’

After several days of fruitless resistance, the Witch Evil God Uli Taft finally fled in desperation.

Once Zorn had officially set the course for the world’s destruction,

the gazes of the Lower Rank Gods, the several Middle Rank Gods, and even the sole Upper Rank God had all completely transformed as they looked upon Zorn.

At that moment, their gazes upon Zorn had utterly changed.

A World-Ending Evil God.

’With that powerful, special method, although he couldn’t eliminate the Evil Gods themselves,’

"Ideally, wipe out every last one of their Believers."

"Once we’ve conquered these worlds, I will naturally reward you handsomely."

Zorn replied while manipulating the Cosmic Magic Net to unleash the Evil God Calamity.

"Lord Orville, you are too kind."

"You’ve been very generous to me in the past. I’m already reaping a great harvest from this world-destruction; the converted Evil God Essence and the Time Essence gathered from the world’s convergence are reward enough."

"It would be improper for me to ask you for anything more."

"Helping you resolve the matter of this Evil God World was my primary mission when I first arrived."

Zorn vividly remembered the support Middle Rank God Orville had given him.

"Lord Orville, you need only dispatch your people and prepare to take over this Evil God World No. 8."

Hearing this, Orville’s heart stirred, and a wave of emotion washed over him.

"Excellent, excellent..."

He boomed with laughter.

"Since you put it that way, it would indeed be improper of me to insist."

"I’ll begin dispatching my forces at once to prepare for the takeover of this World."

At that point, large numbers of Upper Rank Level Transcendents could move in and establish their own system of Tree of the Magic Ring projections.

This would mark the official occupation of the World.

As for the subsequent migration of populations, that was a matter to be considered not during the occupation phase, but after the World had been stabilized.
