Angelica's tears finally fell as she quickly hugged him. At last, feeling the warmth of her body against his again, Aldrian felt a quiet warmth rise in his heart. He was glad that he chose to return now.

He held her close, sensing her body trembling as she cried silently in his embrace. He could feel his chest growing damp from her tears.

He let her cling to him, wrapping one arm around her while his other arm continued to hold Sylvia.

After a few moments, she finally parted her lips.

"Thank heavens you came back safe … thank heavens," she said, her voice trembling.

Aldrian smiled as he gently stroked her long, beautiful golden hair and placed a soft kiss on the top of her head.

"I'm sorry for making you worry. You don't have to anymore. I'm here," he said softly, his voice easing her heart.

Angelica did not respond and simply held him tighter.

Then suddenly, she pressed her lips against his in a quick movement, leaving him no time to react. Feeling the warmth of her lips, Aldrian's eyes widened slightly before he relaxed into the touch.

With one hand, he held the back of her head, feeling the depth of the kiss that conveyed how deeply she had missed him. It carried all the emotions she had kept within her heart during his absence.

There was no trace of lust in it. The kiss was gentle, filled with longing, and carried a quiet comfort.

Even though she believed in him and knew he would return, the two years of not knowing what had happened to him made her heart restless.

Is he alright out there? Why did the avatars disappear? What if something happened… Why this, why that… Is he this or that… countless questions filled her mind as her thoughts ran wild. It could not be helped. It was only natural for her to think this way.

Aldrian sensed him, but did not care. He continued kissing Angelica until he was satisfied.

Only after a few minutes did they finally separate. Her eyes looked directly into his as she showed a soft smile. Her eyes were still wet with tears, but the joy in her expression could not be hidden.

"I miss you," she said.

"I miss you too," Aldrian replied with a warm smile.

Then suddenly, she began to blush as she realized what she had just done. She had kissed him without paying attention to her surroundings. She kissed him while Sylvia was still in his arm.

She felt shy, knowing that Sylvia must have watched their kiss with a curious expression. She knew that this tree spirit was still innocent and curious about many things. She could not help but feel a little guilty for showing such a scene to her.

But she could not hold herself back earlier. She simply wanted to kiss Aldrian. She could not wait any longer. She needed that kiss to soothe her heart and to feel his warmth again.

Soon, both she and Aldrian sensed several presences approaching. Aldrian already knew who they were, as Ao Tianhai had informed them of his return.

Eleine soon came into view from the main palace. They rushed toward him, especially his wives, who were running without holding back.

Aldrian smiled warmly at them and gently set Sylvia down from his arm. Sylvia cooperated and stood quietly on the ground, her eyes fixed on him with a curious gaze.

It did not even take three seconds for Sylphia and Baek Jimin to reach him and instantly hug him. Tears were already falling from their eyes as they collided into him but his strong body did not budge from their momentum.

"Thank heavens, thank heavens, you came back to us," Sylphia said, her voice trembling with overwhelming relief.

Baek Jimin said nothing and only held him tightly, her tears already soaking his robe.

Aldrian embraced both of them, holding them close as he rested his head gently on top of theirs.

"My ladies, your hug might crush me at this point. Don't you know how strong your hugs are? Moreover, you've already reached the Emperor stage. I might die in your embrace… though I wouldn't complain at all," Aldrian said in a joking tone.

Sylphia and Baek Jimin smiled, but they did not release him. Instead, they tightened their embrace, as if wanting to feel his warmth more. They knew he was only joking. There was no way he would be harmed even if they used their full strength. He was far stronger than them.

Aldrian smiled and let them continue, then lifted his gaze toward his parents and Eleine, who were standing not far from him. His mother looked at him with teary eyes, while his father simply smiled, a look of pride clear on his face.

"Father, Mother, Eleine and…" he greeted them, his gaze shifting toward the baby in his mother's arms. He feigned ignorance about the baby, which made his mother smile as she gently gestured to the child.

"Aldrian, this is your little brother, Ardevian Flamecrest," she said.

Aldrian showed a hint of surprise before smiling warmly.

"I see, I have another sibling," he said as he looked into Ardevian's eyes, which were now staring back at him with curiosity.

His chubby cheeks looked so soft, making Aldrian want to pinch them. Ardevian suddenly showed a bright, happy expression as he waved both of his hands repeatedly, as if showing his excitement.

'How adorable,' Aldrian thought as he watched him.

He truly could not wait to play with his little brother.

Then he shifted his gaze to the side and looked at his little sister, who stood nearby.

Celestina looked at him from beside Sylvia, her expression filled with happiness. It was as if she were looking at her idol. She also wanted to hug him, but there was no space left, even for her petite figure, as he was still being hugged by his wives.

Aldrian looked at her with a gentle smile.

"Celestina, do you remember me?"

Hearing that question, Celestina froze for a moment, then pouted, showing her displeasure.

"Of course I know, big brother," she said, lightly stomping one of her feet.

Aldrian smiled at her reaction. She was still his adorable little sister, but now she could already answer him so clearly. Time truly flew, and she had grown into a little girl who could speak clearly.

Then, he sensed something from Celestina's body that made his brows rise slightly.
