The memories about the Wild Hunt continued playing after Madara implanted them into the magicless girl, the memories through his sharingan.

Tissaia made them replay in the projection as she raised the water circle again. They began to see that corpse and his companions appearing on the shores of Skellige.

It all began with cold mists, if they hadn’t witnessed portals before, with riders on horses with red auras and skeletal armor. The battles in the memories showed them attacking with swords and agility, there were mages besides the warriors shown as well. Ice magic seemed to be the main characteristic of those people.

It was a type of magic that seemed to work in all worlds — and showed everyone that they are very powerful and certainly were a threat.

However, everyone saw Madara in action, destroying the entire Wild Hunt in those images, no matter how powerful and numerous they appeared to be. Ciri was also there, displaying some of her powers as she appeared in the projection, massacring one of the riders by teleporting and disappearing the next moment, in a type of magic that no sorcerer or mage there could perform. Her rapid powers quickly caught attention, and some began to comment about it, looking at Princess Ciri beneath the images with surprised and questioning eyes.

’Is she really that powerful?! She can use instant teleportation magic while fighting with a sword. And her teleportation never seems to get exhausted!’ For any sorcerer who used such magic, they could do it at most 5 times, to try to escape death, but Ciri there did it dozens of times.

Anyway, it ended quickly. Madara was no longer looking at the magicless young girl, but at Hen Gedymdeith, who nodded slightly. It was time to start all the chaos and see who was behind all of this.

Even if the Wild Hunt appeared as he imagined, he could handle the whole situation easily. And he would have the chance to eliminate more troops of those damned elves.

Hen made a signal to someone, who left the room silently, without anyone noticing.

’Now we just wait...’ Madara stayed alert and warned Ciri.

"So this is the Wild Hunt? They are real!"

"What do they really want?"

"Is there any way to invade their world, the same way they are doing with ours?"

The questions began to arise from the sorcerers, but they didn’t last long, because the plan went into action very quickly.

They didn’t even manage to receive answers before something happened.

BOOOMMMM!!!!

A massive thunderous explosion echoed somewhere in Aretuza. At the same time, the entire castle shook violently. In the next moment, sorcerers and sorceresses tried to steady themselves — some stumbled, others nearly fell. Shouts and exclamations came along with it.

"What was that?!", they shouted.

Tissaia narrowed her eyes in the direction of the explosion. "It has begun." Madara added beside her.

Madara watched attentively, while Geralt and Yennefer also prepared themselves in the middle of the crowd. If that place became the battlefield, they would need to react immediately.

"An attack! An attack on Aretuza!", someone shouted, spreading panic among everyone.

Hen was the first to react as he raised his hand. A magic began at the tip of his fingers, making everyone surprised as fire and lightning started to manifest.

"Wait! Was the anti-magic circle destroyed?!" The question came, but without an answer as Hen himself simply pointed to the top of the stairs, where Tissaia, her assistant, the magicless young girl, Madara and Ciri were.

Without hesitation, he finished casting a spell and launched it at them under everyone’s stunned gaze.

The attack flew at high speed.

BOOOOOMMMMM

Madara reacted by stepping forward, at the same instant creating a barrier with the blue chakra of Susanoo, making the force of that area magic explode against his Susanoo.

"What is happening?!"

"Why is Hen attacking!"

Panic immediately took over the place, with most of the sorcerers and guests having no idea what was happening.

At the same time, Yennefer felt something coming from her side. She quickly turned, protecting herself and Geralt beside her, as a spell exploded against the shield she had just created.

Looking, she saw Fringilla Vigo pointing directly at her, being the one responsible for the previous spell.

"You wretch!", Yennefer growled.

She had to raise another shield, as another Nilfgaard sorceress also attacked and then another. For the third time, she conjured a barrier, being forced to retreat while facing the successive attacks from Nilfgaard’s sorcerers trying to kill her.

Geralt was beside her when, suddenly, something came out of his shadow. A silver sword simply flew upward from his feet, and everything seemed to go into slow motion.

He saw the metal with his wolf eyes, and moved quickly, needing to help Yennefer by protecting them from Fringilla’s attack and the other Nilfgaard sorcerers. Then, he grabbed the sword in the air, and a Northern sorcerer tried to attack him at one of Yennefer’s weak points, Geralt moved as a witcher should and took a quick step forward to advance and cut the man as blood gushed out with a cry of lament.

Triss also quickly joined Yennefer, helping in defense and attacking any sorcerer who showed hostility toward the group.

"Pay attention to the brooches on their shoulders!", shouted Mousesack, raising a shield against the Nilfgaard sorcerers. Not only him, but all the druids of Skellige.

Dandelion, who was still there with the others, didn’t understand anything, looking from one side to the other while spells continued flying. When a spell went straight at him, a clone of Madara grabbed him and took him to a corner of the hall.

"Stay protected." That was all he said before disappearing.

The attacks continued as some advanced to the upper floor, crashing against a blue barrier appearing through the smoke. When the debris from Hen’s failed attack finally began to dissipate, it revealed the Susanoo protecting everyone, while the place descended into chaos below.

Ciri looked around seriously as Madara began to deactivate the Susanoo. Tissaia seemed quite disturbed seeing sorcerers fighting each other.

There were Northern sorcerers and Nilfgaard sorcerers attacking the group that remained at the center of the place, while casting spells at each other from all sides.

Yennefer, Geralt, Triss, Mousesack, the druids and Keira, who also stayed to fight alongside Triss even without understanding anything, were being bombarded by enemy spells, but managing to protect themselves.

Ciri saw her ’mother’ and ’father’ fighting. Immediately, she summoned her sword through space-time.

"I will fight!" Ciri said, and Madara said nothing. He didn’t need to.

In the next moment, she disappeared from inside the Susanoo while it was still fading.

Her first victim was about to launch an attack against Yennefer, but barely had time to react when Ciri appeared behind him and killed him by piercing his heart.

This startled the others, but all they saw when turning was just a blur with a green glow — Ciri blinked and disappeared, reappearing behind another enemy and cutting him down with ease. Before the others could react, she was already behind another, striking him down quickly, moving like a shooting star.

Soon, she vanished again, reappearing and cutting off another mage’s head. Blood gushed out, spreading across the floor.

Fringilla had to stop focusing on Yennefer, watching in alarm as she saw the mages sent with her by the emperor for this mission now falling one after another before the platinum-haired woman with a sword in hand, using the same force shown in the memory images.

Before the memories, Ciri seemed harmless and even spoiled — most thought Madara had married her for being extremely beautiful, exotic, and having access to Cintra’s throne. But now? She was a ruthless assassin.

Ciri’s emerald eyes met Fringilla’s. That made the sorceress widen her eyes. She knew she had become a target.

Fringilla quickly launched an attack, trying to stop her, but Ciri simply disappeared before her fire could reach the princess with the sword in hand.

In the next instant, Fringilla felt a burning sensation pierce through her chest, followed by sharp pain. A blade emerged, passing through her body from inside to out.

She had no time to react. In one moment, Ciri was in front of her. In the next, she was already behind her, stabbing her with her sword.

The sword was pulled out, and Fringilla fell to her knees. Her head lifted slightly, looking at the princess one last time.

Ciri watched her, with the bloodied sword in hand. The sorceress fell to her knees, while Yennefer couldn’t help but be surprised by Ciri’s movement.

With a swift motion, Ciri simply beheaded Fringilla.

Those who witnessed it and were enemies couldn’t help but feel a chill. Many already knew her abilities against the Wild Hunt... but seeing her in person was different.

In a few moments, Ciri had already eliminated around six Nilfgaardian sorcerers.

Madara decided to act as well while observing everything from the top of the staircase. "Sorry, Tissaia, but these people chose their path," was all he said, the rector of Aretuza, even knowing this would happen, was still disturbed.

Madara, the real one, moved for the first time, and simply threw two kunai, which struck an unsuspecting sorceress in the neck. She fell to the ground, agonizing. Another sorcerer quickly raised a shield, protecting himself from the kunai as soon as he saw it being thrown, deflecting it as it spun in the air.

However, in the next instant, Madara used Hiraishin, since the same kunai had been marked. The mage had no time to react when Madara grabbed the same kunai and applied purple lightning, making it expand, creating a sword, he simply broke the still-raised shield with ease and cut the mage.

At the center, Geralt used signs to repel another sorcerer, while finally the disguised Northern mages acted — all with a brooch on the right shoulder, just as Madara had said.

From the shadows of some Nilfgaardians, a hand emerged, and kunai were launched, appearing suddenly and striking them directly in the head before they could react, after all Madara had placed clones within their shadows.

"Hen! What are you doing?! We need help!", one of the sorcerers shouted, approaching a mage who was just observing in a corner without moving to attack anymore as he had done at the beginning.

He couldn’t understand why the leader was there doing nothing, while the allied forces were falling quickly.

The place was chaotic, while the sorcerers and guests who had little to do with that madness were looking for a place to protect themselves and see what was happening.

There were dozens of sorcerers against that small group. Madara Uchiha was massacring everyone without mercy, while his wife and the rest of his allies and friends were fighting as well. The result of this was obvious, the smaller group was slaughtering sorcerers from both the North and the South.

They were losing.

Hen, who heard the sorcerer asking for help, closed his eyes for a moment. When he opened them again, they were no longer the same — now they displayed two Sharingan.

"What...?", the sorcerer asking for help was startled.

"Did you really think I wouldn’t know all of this?", a voice appeared behind Hen, shining with the same eyes. It was one of Madara’s clones.

It was the last thing the sorcerer heard before dying, having his neck cut with a movement he couldn’t follow.

And those who had nothing to do with it were becoming more and more frightened.

"Ciri, stay by Yennefer and Triss!", Madara ordered.

Dandelion, who was still frightened, hid under a table, hearing explosions and spells being cast from all sides.

Two mages summoned a fire spell and launched it at Yennefer’s group. Immediately, Yennefer and Triss raised a barrier to defend themselves, but other sorcerers joined the attack — all Northern sorcerers with brooches on their shoulders. In total, eight people were casting flames at the group in the center.

Mousesack stopped attacking an opponent and joined the sorceresses. The shield became strong enough when Ciri herself, using magic, also joined them using a shield spell.

The flames spread throughout the entire hall, even hitting those who had nothing to do with the fight. Cries of pain echoed everywhere.

Madara appeared on the ceiling, above the eight sorcerers, and quickly threw kunai. The attacks ceased instantly as his enemies were struck, without even realizing the attack coming from above.

The hall was completely in flames.

Tissaia blinked for the first time, she was irritated. Still positioned at the top of the stairs, she began to cast spells, dissipating the fire and clearing the hall amid the chaos.

"Stop this madness!", she shouted. She had already seen enough.

Most of the traitors — the unfaithful — had already been killed. Fringilla, who had been someone she personally taught, was there, beheaded. Colleagues she trusted had also entered that madness... and now they were all dead.

The entire hall trembled, with the survivors looking in fear at the group. They knew they could not continue, even having chosen to die that night.

Yennefer, Triss, Mousesack fought well. But it was Madara and Ciri who had been mainly responsible for the massacre on their side.

Ciri had taken down more than twelve sorcerers, while Madara eliminated more than twenty-five of them amid all that chaos.

Silence began to spread among the few who remained.
