After the Sword Saint gently placed the crown into the Queen's hands, there was a brief pause that seemed to stretch longer than it should have. The weight of the moment settled quietly over the space, and then the Queen lifted her gaze, directing it straight toward Myrcella.

Myrcella responded with a simple smile.

It wasn't forced, and it wasn't the kind people put on just to look proper in front of a crowd. There was something real in it. Something soft, but also quite firm at the same time. The kind of smile that made it feel like it came from deep within her, from somewhere honest. It carried a sense of respect, maybe even gratitude, and something else that was harder to pin down but easy to feel.

The Queen stepped forward, closing the distance between them. Pride was written all over her face, not the loud or exaggerated kind, but the quiet kind that showed itself in the way she held herself, as well as in the way her eyes lingered on her daughter just a little longer than usual. Anyone looking could tell how much this moment meant to her. Or maybe I was the one who could notice that?

"Myrcella," she said, her voice steady, though there was a softness beneath it that hadn't been there before. "I know this is going to be a difficult road for you. You'll face all kinds of stress, and there will be problems you won't expect. Still, I have no doubt that you'll find your way through them, one step at a time."

She didn't rush her words. Each of her words felt really deliberate, like she had thought about this moment more than once.

"The path to kinghood may not be what you imagine," she continued. "There's a chance you'll feel disappointed when you see what it truly is. At times, you might even feel like you've become someone you don't recognize, someone you may not even like. Even so, I believe in you. I know that you will succeed, and that you will shape this kingdom into what it truly deserves to be."

A single tear slipped from her eye after she said that. It wasn't dramatic, and she didn't try to hide it either. It just fell, as if it had been waiting for that right moment.

"Right now, more than anything, you are being watched," she went on. "There are so many people here, and they are witnessing the birth of their new king. You are at the center of their attention, and this is where it begins. They will watch over you, and in turn, you will watch over them."

Her grip on the crown tightened slightly as she spoke.

"Some of them will admire you and some may resent you. And there will be those who will try to pull you down under. That much is certain. But even so, with the blessing of the Supreme Power, you will overcome those hardships. You will endure everything that comes your way, just as the kings before you have done. The struggles you'll face are not there to break you as really, they exist because that is how kings are tested."

She lifted the crown slightly, holding it carefully in both hands, as if it carried more than just weight. It was like it was something that was really important, to her, to Myrcella, and to the people that were watching.

"As the one who holds the Supreme Power at this moment, I give you my blessing," the Queen said. "May you guide this kingdom toward what is best for it, regardless of who stands in your way. Keep your eyes forward. Keep moving ahead, no matter what happens."

Her gaze sharpened just a little as she asked her next question.

"Tell me this. Will you become that kind of king?"

Myrcella didn't hesitate as she answered.

"I will."

Her answer was firm, clear, and steady. It didn't need to be loud to carry weight. Just hearing it once was enough to understand that she meant every word.

Anyone paying attention could tell she was taking everything in. Every word, every blessing, as well as every expectation. She wasn't brushing any of it aside.

"Then bow your head," the Queen said, her tone softening again. "So that the crown that marks you as the king of this country may be placed upon you."

Myrcella lowered her head, very slowly and carefully. The movement was simple, but still, it carried meaning. For a moment, everything seemed to quiet down. Starting from the crowd, the air, and even the subtle sounds in the distance faded, as if the world itself decided to give this moment the silence it deserved.

"The Supreme Power blesses you as the king of this country," the Queen said. "Will you accept the responsibility that comes with it?"

"I will."

There was no hesitation as well as no second guessing. Just the same steady resolve as before.

The Queen raised the crown above Myrcella's head. The motion was careful and it was almost ceremonial in the way her hands moved, making sure every part of the moment was as it should be.

"With this…" she began, her voice carrying clearly.

She lowered the crown onto Myrcella's head.

"You are proclaimed to be… the King of Milham…"

For a split second, there was silence again, like everyone needed a moment to let it sink in.

Then the sound came.

It was a huge applause.

It started from a few, then spread quickly across the crowd. The noise built up, filling the space as more and more people joined in. Even those who had their doubts, those who weren't fully convinced, still found themselves clapping along. Maybe out of respect, maybe out of expectation, or maybe because moments like this didn't come often enough to ignore.

And just like that, without anything else needing to be said, it became official.

Myrcella had been crowned as the new King of Milham.
