Almost simultaneously, Ding Fan’s body flickered away, and as he vanished, the Blazing Flame Serpent’s inner core skimmed past his sleeve.

When Ding Fan reappeared, a dark red wound showed on his arm, the flesh on either side burned away by the terrifying high temperature, leaving only a deep scar visible to the bone.
