It's been 25 years since the apocalypse, when the world we knew changed forever. It was then that terrible monsters appeared and some of humanity evolved to fight them.Seraphine a 18 year old citizen in Newber, was living a peaceful life with her parents, learning at the Academy, to get a nice job within the government. At least, until everything turned for the worse and she ended up as an Evolved in a destroyed city.

The story is centred around a cute android who initially had a happy life with her master who dearly loved her. But she was then struck by a series of misfortunes and ended up in a robot-equivalent of concentration camp. Through experiencing and witnessing the sufferings towards herself as well as the people/robots around her, she eventually gained a better appreciation of life.

As the first Bai Yueguang of the police academy, Matsuda returned to the past after dying once and bound the [Wish System] to try to save his young taming.
The ability of the [Wish System] is one-for-one, and the wishes of the “viewers” are realized through live broadcast until enough to achieve the wish to save the life of the tame.
Matsuda accepted the quid pro quo, and received his first wish on the first day he returned to the past.
