In the second year of marriage, Yvette Thiel was pregnant.Yvette was full of joy, but she got a divorce agreement.In a car accident, Yvette lay in a pool of blood and begged Lance Wolseley to save their child, but Lance left with his sweetheart in his arms.Yvette was disheartened and slowly closed her eyes.Later, it was heard that Lance from New York had a taboo name, and no one could mention it.At the wedding, Lance suddenly went crazy. He knelt on the ground and looked at the cruel woman with red eyes. “You are pregnant with my child. Who do you want to marry?”

A pill, a tiny capsule encased in a biologically harmless water-soluble shell; A shell whose very existence is a result of a century of research and technological advancement. A manmade synthesis of Chemicals and product of complex processes.

And in the end, a means to an end.

A way to deliver a concoction of other Chemicals for an agenda; Vitamins for nutrition, medication for treatment, or… perhaps more.

We trust that what we eat won’t do us harm, and trust that those who are responsible for its creation had the best of intentions. But in the end, it is difficult or perhaps impossible to truly tell what lies within a pill.

That is until one day I entered a research institution as a test subject. All I did was swallow a pill I was told to be a health supplement.

Jobs, hobbies, lifestyles—the world has advanced to a point where nothing can be separated from VR anymore. And now, a VR game was released using the most cutting-edge technologies; its name was “Boot Hour, Shoot Curse.” Our protagonist had no choice but to play solo during the closed beta test, but once the game officially launched, she made lots of friends (but not necessarily with the players), formed a huge clan (but not a clan of players), and matured as an individual.
