The young man turned to leave, but Summer Shawcross quickly called out to him.

"Sir, wait a moment!"

The man stopped in his tracks, turned his head, and looked at her with confusion.

"I only accept one," Summer Shawcross said with a smile on her face, then handed the remaining bills back to him.

Seeing her insistence, the young man said nothing more and extended his hand to take the bills. However, when he took the money from her hand, his expression paused.

Summer said nothing, only winked at him. The young man hesitated for a second, then took the money, holding it in his hand instead of putting it in his wallet.

After the man returned to his seat and chatted with his table companions, they all got up and left the restaurant together.

However, just as he stepped out of the restaurant, a security guard approached him.

"Sir, can we take a look at what you have in your hand?"

"These are my personal belongings. It’s quite rude of you to behave like this," the young man replied unhappily.

"Sorry, but we have to inspect it. You probably wouldn’t want to go against our boss, would you?" The security guard’s attitude remained firm.

Upon hearing this, the expression on the young man’s face changed... The boss here, that was someone only heard of in legends.

It’s said to be that extremely powerful figure whom no one dares to provoke!

Though the lady inside was indeed very attractive in every aspect, for a woman, offending that figure was clearly not a wise thing to do.

The man hesitated for a moment and finally nodded in agreement.

"Esther, Aunt Lin wants you to come over."

The note was something she had previously hidden on herself, and she finally found the opportunity to pass it to the male customer along with the tip he gave her.

The note had Noah Drexler’s phone number written on it, along with a plea for help, hoping the customer would contact the person with that number to tell them her current location.

She hadn’t expected Aunt Lin to discover it.

Summer’s face immediately turned pale.

"Don’t you have anything to say now? You’re about to break the rules here, trying to get us both killed? See how I deal with you!" Aunt Lin angrily pointed at her, continuing her tirade.
