[Tell her she’s free to do anything basic like moving and dressing, but anything major—touching people, fighting, killing—can only be done after your permission, for as long as she remains on Endearth.]

The system replied as Ryuk hummed before he returned to her.

"I have a better idea."

"And what’s that?"

"You’re permitted to perform basic actions such as movement, gesturing, or observing the surroundings. However, any action involving physical contact with others, causing harm, or taking life will be strictly prohibited—unless you’ve obtained my explicit prior permission."

"So, I’ll need your permission first to be able to do anything?"

"Not anything. You’re free to move and gaze around, but any interaction with another person won’t happen without my permission."

"I think that’s a reasonable level of caution, especially for the type of race you belong to. And it’s better than having to listen to every single one of my commands. You’re free to do what you want... but with my permission," Ryuk said, as her eyebrows furrowed long and hard, seemingly in deep thought.

"That will restrict my ability to physically interact—and by physical interaction, I mean being able to defend myself or act in emergencies that could place me in danger. That’s too dangerous... and could be fatal in critical moments."

"If you stick to my side, you should be fine."

"So this is some sort of ’be good and you’ll be free’ type of deal?"

"And who writes the ’good’ rules?"

"But I don’t kill people and leave their skulls as my collection. So yes, maybe that level of ’good’ is a good starter..." he said, as he sliced open his finger, a droplet of blood floating onto the contract grimoire and touching it.

It was quickly absorbed, and immediately, it glowed before appearing before the succubus.

She watched with furrowed eyes as the golden paper shimmered, and Ryuk looked at her in silence before she raised her long tongue and lashed it by her sharp fangs, drawing a bit of dark blood that rained down onto the book.

They both watched as it flashed with a powerful golden light before it dispersed into the space.

"The deal’s been sealed. Now... free me," she said, with a devilish grin, but Ryuk didn’t care much as he appeared before the chains, his hands morphing into a claw, from his activation Void Claws and then...

He slashed downward with power, as the hidden surrounding her shook heavily, cracks meandering through the space where Ryuk had slashed.

But surprisingly, the chain didn’t break, even though he had put nearly all his strength into it.

"No wonder... Even an Eternity Stage would be unable to escape this with brute strength. Talks of one whose strength is being drained directly by it..."

He thought as he slashed down his claw three times in a flash and immediately—

The sound of the chains breaking rang out as the chains holding her right hands cracked into pieces and disintegrated.

The System said, as Ryuk watched the chains all fall off one by one.

He observed her extend her body, and then it started growing.

From two meters previously, she began growing until she reached up to three meters.

Crimson Veins bulged and squirmed under her dark skin, and her horns started flashing runic lines that began flaring with a crimson blood-red light.

"Finally!"

"Finally, I, Rakhasa, am free once more!" she voiced with a powerful, deep voice that shook the entire cave area.

Dark aura bloomed out of her body, red tattoo lines spread all over her skin as she spread both arms apart, and he watched as a pointed tail ending in a love-shape slowly grew out from behind her.

Seconds passed with the tattoos blinking with eerie light before she opened her eyes, settling them on Ryuk—and the first thing he noticed were those eyes of hers.

They were formerly black in color, but now, they held a cross-image that glowed in a core of crimson right at the center as she turned to him, her expression the most emotionless he had ever seen.

"Rakhasa, huh?"

"I thought you had no name?" Ryuk asked, but in the next instant, his face changed as Rakhasa stood where she was—but then—

KABOOOOM!

Ryuk disappeared, fading into thin air, and a split second later, an entire part of the wall in the area sank in as he was sent roughly smashing into the wall, and bending lava and dust across the area.

The smoke soon cleared away as Rakhasa floated forward, appearing toward the sunken cracks in the wall.

Her crimson-red eyes looked into the destroyed hole, and crumbled within was none other than Ryuk, head down.

It was the sound of blood raining down onto him.

But then—

The sound of teeth crunching against each other rang out as he slowly raised his head, whose side dripped with blood oozing out from a claw mark, and he turned to look at the succubus before him.
