Chapter 1565  A Conference

The group spoke about the backing Grey actually had. His father was from the Dawson Family, and is also a well known top expert. His mother is also a well known expert and is from one of the top old Families.

They soon left that Continent and headed for the next one, as soon as they got there, they started their hunt for Necromancers once again, since they didn't want to be idle before going to the Gnome world, the Necromancers were the only ones they could attack.

While they were hunting down the Necromancers, more rumors were across the elite powerhouses in the Continent. According to the rumor, the reason Lucas Dawson called for a meeting was because he found something relating to the God Plane after the apparition appeared in the sky.

All Sovereigns that were in the Late stages would not dare to miss such an opportunity. Even a few Mid stage and Early stage Sovereigns are thinking about it as well, this was a great chance for any of them to become the number one person in the Continent. Whoever gets to the God Plane first will rule the entire Continent, everyone is aware of this.

Grey and his friends were able to quickly realize this was Grey's father's tactic of buying them time.

Humans aren't the only ones worried about there being a God Plane Elementalist, the Gnomes can never accept the day a human turns into a God Plane Elementalist since it means their invasion will be forcefully stopped. However, there's no way a God Plane Gnome can come into the Aurora Continent, and they can also barely interfere with the happenings in the Gnome world. However, they can create these portals the Gnome race uses for their invasion.

Once a human God Plane Elementalists appears, these portals will be closed.

The group knew the Gnomes would send their top experts after the humans who are heading there.

"Without any Late stage Sovereign in the Gnome world, we are practically going to be able to do whatever we want." Klaus commented.

"I'm not sure they will take all the top Gnomes with them, but most of them will be going." Alice said.

"The fewer the experts in the Gnome world, the better it is for us. We can deal with the few left." Grey felt optimistic.

He knew this was a dangerous task, and with the help of his father, the danger has been downed by more than half.

They continued with what they were doing as they awaited for the meeting.

…..

In the Middle Continent, a large Hall could be seen and multiple figures sat down in rows.

Most of them were old looking, with gray hairs and wrinkles on their faces. They all gave off the aura of a simple man or woman, only those strong enough can sense the power hidden behind their simpleness.

"How sure are you that you've found a way to get into the God Plane?" An Old man asked the figure that was standing calmly.

Lucas looked at the Old man and said, "We all saw the apparition in the sky looking towards a certain direction, and like most people, I too rushed there, but not in the direction the apparition was staring at, but to the place the apparition appeared."

"You mean?" Someone from the crowd asked.

"There's a double layered space tunnel there. I can't break past it on my own." Lucas explained.

"You know a few people that can help you, why didn't you go to them?" Another man asked.

"Because what are the odds that we will be able to succeed while the Gnomes have already invaded our world?" Lucas explained, "Every powerhouse is important to this battle, if a few are missing, we will lose brutally."

"And now you want all of us to go, isn't that the same as letting the Gnomes win?"

"This is why we have to make sure the Gnomes find this information and come after us. They can only send their top experts there since we're doing the same. This will slow down the speed of the war, give our youngsters a little more time to grow, and also have the chance that one of us will become a God." Lucas explained, "If we don't get the opportunity to create a God Plane Elementalist, we will at least use this chance to kill some of the Gnome's experts while also giving our weaker generation a chance to grow."

Everyone looked at Lucas calmly, they all knew he was the father of one of the rising stars of the current generation. Grey could be regarded as number one in his generation given the fact that even the Gnome race wanted him dead. Even some of the top experts haven't been able to rattle the Gnome race as much as Grey did.

They all thought about it and thinking of the growth of those youngsters, they couldn't help but also think about the possibility of the Gnomes invading then.

This was a serious matter that can't be decided on at a moment's notice.

The conference carried on for days with Lucas looking for a way to convince these people. The thing was, he wasn't doing this for Grey alone, but for the sole purpose of taking most of the battle away from the weaker people. The Gnome race wanted a battle, but the battleground was the human world. No battleground has ever been left glorious, even when the owners are victorious, the damage done to the place used as the battleground wasn't light.

Lucas has had this conversation with some top experts and they banded together to create the place he was hoping to take the others inside for the fight.

The conference carried on for over a week, and they still hadn't come to a conclusion due to the risk of doing something like this. Lucas however told them something that changed the opinion of most of them, there was a portal leading to the Gnome world from there. The Gnomes might have a God Plane expert, but they can not easily interfere since there are rules on how the world works.
