Apocalypse system: I have unparallel comprehension-Chapter 53 - Deep into his self
Dante climbed up the highest tree and looked at the surroundings. He ignored the castle from his back and opened the map.
He checked and nodded. He had decided.
His goal was to the Prodigy’s place. He wanted to see what the famous man was all about. He closed the map and nodded.
He jumped down from the tree and landed softly.
He nodded and walked. On the way, he trained with his mana manipulation skill. He wanted to gain a new skill but didn’t know how to get that.
He learned from the artisan that the leveled human can buy their class skill. He was not jealous of that as all.
He sighed and walked silently.
It was weird that he was alone.
He enjoyed the scenery of the place.
His eyes revealed the group of monsters but he decided to face them head on. His main goal of this journey was to test his abilities and see the world.
Maybe tried a few dungeon hunts or something.
He stopped as he noticed that the monsters seemed to realize him.
"Their senses are much shorter than I thought." He muttered. But he wasn’t trying to hide his presence as he was actively training his mana.
He stopped and took out his small axe.
He channeled mana around his body, feeling the strong boost from it.
His eyes widened as he realized the skill he could gain. He suppressed the excitement and dashed, trying to greet the monsters.
Their mana was normal. Not too low or high. Just around at which, Dante could deal without taking a serious amount of damage.
The monster was an upgraded version of bear. Its claws were packed with mana.
It growled and howled at him.
Dante flashed a smile and swung his axe.

With the last bear falling to the ground, the battle ended. Dante wiped off the blood from his face and spat on the ground. The tooth flew out his mouth.
He sighed.
Because of one mistake, his face got nearly torn apart by the bear’s claw. He was lucky that he managed to dodge narrowly.
He felt his face healing at the visible rate. Soon, the wounds on him would be gone.
He crouched down and kicked at the bear. It was a distasteful behavior but he couldn’t contain his anger and had to vent somewhat.
He sighed and used his axe to cut open the bear. He tossed aside the intestines and dug his fingers deeper inside. He grabbed the hard core and took it out.
He took the bloody cloth and wiped the mana core clean.
After that, he placed it into his storage bag. He repeated this for every monster’s corpse.
After it was done, he rested.
"Yeah. I am not jealous of the leveled human." He muttered.
His wounds are now closed and he felt an uncomfortable sensation inside his mouth. Teeth were slowly pushing out from the gum.
Soon he will have a full set of teeth as good as an old one. He knew how the teeth were made and it still made no sense.
Another system of magic bullshit he decided to ignore. Like how the hell did the mana transform into bones.
He sighed and channeled mana inside his body, trying to feel the boost.
Unlike his Swift Rush which created some kind of energy that made him fast, it was crude and unrefined.
He closed his eyes and entered meditation. Maybe because he was getting used to this process, his mind entered into the processing mode quickly.
He restricted the range of his eyes to his body and fully activated everything.
For the first time, he saw many things about his body. Ugly and good.
There was a crack around his soul he never saw. It was faint but there was still a crack nevertheless.
How did he get the soul damage? 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎
He was puzzled by this. He tried touching the crack with mana but it phased through it. Makes sense since the soul existed in the different layers of reality than his body.
Mana was the building block that made up the world. By world he meant the physical world.
The space was constructed by mana; otherwise, Julius won’t have the access to this.
He didn’t know about what time was since it existed in every layer of the realities. Because of that, he knew Julius had a hard time getting a time related skill.
He used Swift Rush to see the energy he created from it.
He was right, there was some kind energy similar to life energy spreading around his body.
He lifted up his eyes and saw the energy being consumed.
So, the speed of his body depended on the energy he created and used. He decided to call this speed energy. Yeah, it was the original name. He couldn’t help since even the system was not that great naming stuff.
He then deactivated the Swift Rush and channeled mana into a more crude way, trying to see the physical boost not just his speed.
He saw mana slowly shaped into.. No. It mixed with some sort of physical reality.
He observed and felt pressure in his brain. Without him realizing, his brain was processing a lot of information. Information that was meant to be observed by human beings.
He knew that he could observe this kind of thing because of his bloodline which somewhat boosted that part of his brain a lot.
He let go of the eye restrictions and sighed. He spent too much looking at his movement skill that he didn’t have much in his body mana manipulation.
He stood up and felt his body losing his balance. He grabbed the nearby tree and supported himself. He let out a chuckle and shook his head.
He stumbled back to the original position and sat down. He wanted to lay there but decided not to since that would only worsen his headache.
After about a minute, his mind returned to its original state.
He let out a sling sigh. "I will try it again."
