Shuu felt weak when he opened his eyes and he looked around for his son immediately. He panicked when he did not see Caelis and he tried to push his body up, only to not be able to move.

It made him panic even harder and he tugged at the binds holding him in place.

"They won’t snap, no matter how much you pull. So there is no point in trying to get free. Now, be a good boy and go back to sleep."

Prince Kaiden spoke softly as he warped his arms around Shuu’s middle to push him back on the bed. (not that he had been able to get up anyway)

Shuu’s mouth opened and closed in shock of what was happening. His memory was a little distorted so he was not sure what happened. But since he had another person with him, he felt like he had to ask.

"C-Caelis...? Where is...?"

"Our son is fine. I left him with Danielle. You should focus more on yourself. How did you allow yourself to get poisoned?"

Prince Kaiden sounded angry and disappointed at the same time but Shuu did not feel like apologizing.

Once he heard that Caelis was safe, his eyes started to close and he started to fall asleep. But Prince Kaiden did not like his lack of an answer and cold hands grabbed Shuu’s face.

The slight squeeze made him open his eyes and look at the crown prince looming over his head.

"Prince Kaiden...can I...help you with anything...?"

Shuu had a feeling he recognized that gaze looking down at him. But it had been so long since he had seen that look that he could no longer be sure.

Soft lips pressed against his own and he opened his mouth to allow Prince Kaiden’s tongue to mingle with his own.

Their soft kiss turned passionate within no time and Shuu felt his breath leaving him quickly. He panted, now feeling lightheaded as Prince Kaiden pulled back.

The soft light from outside made Prince Kaiden’s expression shine and his hunger was the first thing Shuu noticed.

"Darn it-! I really wanted to hold back. But I don’t think I can hold back now."

Prince Kaiden complained as he grabbed Shuu’s face before he pressed his lips even harder against Shuu’s.

Shuu’s body melted against Prince Kaiden’s weight, but the after effects of being poisoned made him tire out too quickly. His eyes threatened to close and Prince Kaiden let out a disappointed sigh.

"Looks like I have no other choice in this matter. I was hoping I could avoid giving you this medicine to keep you in for longer...but I guess I will have to get creative later."

Shuu’s heart skipped a beat at those words and his first instinct was to ask Prince Kaiden what he meant.

But his words got caught in his threat as he saw Prince Kaiden taking a gulp from a small bottle before his cold hand cupped Shuu’s face and his lips pried Shuu’s own open slowly.

Something cold passed over his throat and down and Shuu felt an instantly burst of enemy as well as heat searing through his body.

"I...I don’t think I feel that well..."

He complained, breaking away from the kiss. Prince Kaiden wasted no time in turning the target of his passion from his lips to his face and then his neck. A soft bite drew a gasp out of Shuu’s mouth and prince Kaiden continued to mark his territory.

"The medicine is just helping your body recover. Do not pay much attention to it. Instead, focus on what I am doing to you."

Prince Kaiden’s soft voice made Shuu’s insides tremble. His attention immediately shifted toward the crown prince, and he felt hands moving all over his front.
