Radiation is natural and found everywhere a it comes from outer space, it's in the air, and on the earth. It's even in the human body; naturally occurring radioactive elements in the bones irradiate on average 50000 times per second in this world. In fact, most radiation is natural and life on this planet wouldn't be possible without it.

Perhaps, the drastic increase in nuclear energy within this city has to do with the death of the millions of people that previously resided in the city and that of the few hundred titans that had died during the defense of the city.

The corpses of several Titans littered the ground external to the city walls gasp from the students as the train shot explosively past the massive lifeless bodies. The train suddenly connected to a railroad, moving along it which then lead to an underground train station.

The speed of the train suddenly started to increase in velocity. With a massive quake, the large carriage instantly flattened a titan corpse on its way, releasing the sounds of bones crushing along with the sound of Hines exploding. The train was like an industrial crusher, macerating and crushing everything on its way to pulp.

With a loud boom, the large armored vehicle blasted through the rubble before it, shooting into the city like a rocket. This caused the front of the train to jolt upwards and with a bang, it landed heavily, causing the train to sway from side to side.

Heavy breathing echoed from the train as the students saw the destruction that had occured in the city.

The scene could only be described with one word, Carnage! The entire city was in a storm of chaos that had already swallowed it up. Blood gathered in potholes, filling them up with strings of intenstines and pieces of severed arms and legs floating at the top of the boiling hot blood pool.

This time, a student couldn't hold it in any longer, he immediately vomited the food he had the previous night along with intestine fluid as he retched.

Apart from severed arms and legs, the head and chest of the bodies couldn't be seen. The saying that titans preferred the upper bodies of humans seems to be true.

"Roooar!!!"

Shockwaves rippled out from the mouth of a fifteen meters tall titan. The wind shook as it stretched out its large hands to grab at the moving train.

"Whoosh!"

The students shrieked in fear and anxiousness but Just as the large hand touched the top of the train, blood spurted out as the hand was immediately sliced into two, the blood was like a drum of water, splashing into the bodies of several students.

The entire exterior of the train is covered in sharp edges that stretched upwards like a sword, along with the fast speed of the train, it easily sliced apart the hand of the titan in the blink of an eye.

In the blink of an eye, the train had left the location, moving along the express road, crushing the cars in its way as though they were made of cheese and not at all iron.

Another ten minutes passed and in the next second, the speed of the train slowed to 50kph and a red holographic image appeared at the empty window of every cabin.

The words written on it caused tension to rise amidst the students as they immediately buckled their seat belts.

Minutes passed by, the pressure and apprehension thickening with every second it could almost be cut through exuded out from the students as they shuffled and huffed in excitement. Just as the train was moving along a particular street, several hundred students breathed out loudly and suddenly the entire train shook as the chair beneath their ass rumbled.

"Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!"

The seat immediately shot towards the sky in synchronization, with extreme speed. Like a missile, a mini rocket engine blasted fire downwards propelling the student upwards in different directions f𝒓𝑒e𝙬𝒆𝚋𝘯૦𝘷𝐞𝑙.c𝑜𝐦

Erian's hair swayed roughly in midair with the sound of the wind heavily beating against his skin, his human backpack in hand as he remained on his seat. This wasn't what he had in mind when he chose where he would land! He had thought he would alight a bit normal, but what was up with this style in drop?

After the time it takes for a photon from the sun to reach the earth passed, the eject seat was starting to lose power as the propelling force from the jet had completely halted. His hair floated upwards, making flapping noises as his body descended to the ground with ever increasing velocity.

Staring downwards, Erian's pupils instantly dilated. With his insane vision, Erian could see seven titans idling away beneath his feet!

His heart pounded heavily at the upcoming violence. But it wasn't of fear, but of excitement! His blood boiled at the thought of combat and his eyes reddened in excitement at the forthcoming battle as he descended.

No matter how cruel the academy proved to be, there is a limit it would set for the students and it wouldn't just send them to their death. Because of that, Erian knew he wouldn't die from the descent and would be able to fight here to his heart's content and his full capabilities! There was no one to observe or watch him!

Just as he was a hundred meters away from the ground, the seat suddenly spurted out massive blast of fire, instantly reducing Erian's descent speed.

90 meters...

60 meters...

30 meters...

"ROOOOOAR!!!"

An explosive roar that shook space and time resounded. Shockwaves rippled through the air, creating a large tsunami that appeared in mid-air.

,m "Crackle!"

Space was literally ripped into shreds as a bolt of large golden lightning raced from the sky, branching through the air as it arced downwards to the ground.

"KABOOM!" f𝔯ℯe𝓌ℯ𝐛𝒏𝐨ѵel.c𝚘𝐦

The surrounding land of hundred meter radius was reduced to ashes and magma as the golden lightning struck the biggest of the seven titans explosively. The skull of a titan was instantly reduced to meat paste as its neck released sizzling sound of being cauterized!
