By Seeing Beasts' Training Paths, My Beast Became Invincible-Chapter 72: Basic Gravity Dominion
Tyrone yelled in a warning voice.
’’Everyone. Stay focused.’’
Meanwhile, Rocky clicked his tongue in discomfort. The next moment, he muttered quietly.
’’Matt... Is that you?’’
What surprised him the most was Matt’s new power.
A skill related to controlling gravity? ... How could such a unique skill exist in a beast without needing its master?
Without hesitation, he summoned the system screen to see Matt’s mood, but it was useless. He could tell he had to defeat Matt to do that.
Therefore, he triggered the system’s appraisal skill.

Rocky’s pupils simply widened for a moment. He totally couldn’t believe what he had just seen.
Level 66?...and even that incredible stat.
How could he level up to that level?...and even possess a unique skill whose potential could compare to Behemoth’s [Space Tremor]?
At that moment, he didn’t know what he should feel... should he be happy or sad?
Happy that his beast had become stronger without him, even reaching such power.
Sad because he didn’t do that on his own.
"Holy plant... only that explains it..." Rocky said calmly.
He could tell that that mature plant was a holy plant. Although before he had only predicted it at some point, the proof had now appeared right in front of him.
Only a holy plant could support Matt in reaching that level of power.
Rocky frowned slightly.
(So, that plant saw the huge potential in Matt and then supported him to become the No. 1 underling.)
(...In that case, I can’t miss this opportunity. That plant must belong to me. If Bobby eats it too, my beast can narrow the power gap with the top 10.)
Rocky nodded to himself before commanding Bobby to change their target.
They would face Matt. Despite the large level gap, Rocky believed they could still deal with him.
Moreover, their intention was rather simple. They only needed to force Matt to eat Blood-Dark Dodder seedling to disable the parasitic plant’s control over Matt’s brain.
"Everyone, leave that beast to me," Rocky roared loudly.
The others blinked for a moment before nodding and splitting up in other directions. Actually, even if Rocky hadn’t warned them, they would still avoid a head-on fight with that monstrous beast.
However, half a second later, Rocky frowned quietly as he noticed a small change in Matt.
Matt shook his head violently, as if struggling against something inside him. The next moment, he shifted into a pure black cat and ran away.
"Huh? The hell?" Rocky cursed.
As soon as he rushed forward to chase after Matt, a wave of monsters formed up to block his path.
"Dammit! Outta my way!"
Rocky screamed as he slashed a monster into pieces.

He had no idea what was going on with Matt. But from what he could see in this situation, the beasts with higher species ranks had already begun to retreat from the battle, leaving the hordes of velociraptors and lizardmen behind.
As though they were using pawns to stall for a few minutes while the core forces ran off to protect themselves.
"It’s not good!" Rocky’s eyes flashed coldly as he realized that.
He had to save Matt at any cost. As a result, he and Bobby pushed themselves to speed up the killing.

Rocky sat on the head of the velociraptor he had killed while taking a rest.
He drank from a bark bottle for a while before tossing it away.
He was in a bad mood.
Even though they had killed the horde of monsters completely, Rocky had lost track of Matt.
Nearby, Tyrone walked over to Rocky and then said,
"There’s no path to go down the abyss. Maybe we have to use beasts with flying ability to go down?"
Rocky let out a breath and stood up straight.
He asked,
"Has everyone’s beast been released?"
Tyrone shrugged while glancing around. Most of them were in a good mood, petting their beasts.
Of course, there were still a few people who hadn’t found their beasts yet, like Rocky, but they were few.
Overall, their initial intention here was done.
And now, whether everyone wanted to go down into the abyss to find the true culprit behind all this?
No idea.
Maybe they would decide what to do next once they saw what that thing was.
Rocky and Tyrone slowly approached the edge of the abyss, where most people had gathered.
He glanced down into the abyss—nothing but pitch-black darkness.
An elf commanded his beast—a Sylph bird with a vast wingspan—to fly down, while the beast tamers sat on its back.
As time passed, they slowly descended toward the dark ground below.
Everyone’s faces wrinkled in discomfort as they witnessed the scene.
The atmosphere was quiet, and the cold air began to affect them slightly.
Rocky jumped off the Sylph bird onto the ground. He quickly frowned as he sensed a sticky liquid clinging to his feet.
Everybody felt the same thing.
Soon, a spirit beast activated its skill, forming a flame around itself and instantly lighting up the dark place.
"What the f*ck!"
Some people shouted as they finally saw the true scene. At that moment, they were standing on a lake of blood, with uncounted corpses from different races scattered across the place.
Looking at the rotten organs drifting on the surface of the blood lake, and the stench hitting their noses, many of them felt nauseated.
Finally, their attention turned to a cavern ahead, where the streams of blood flowed into it.
A human scratched his head for a moment before saying,
"I think....I’m gonna quit."
