Selina took out a set of clothing from her backpack. Because of Aurora’s exposed status, she always brought some extra clothes on her.

It didn’t help either that these clothes exploded all the time in battle.

"Here. You can wear Aurora’s clothes."

Selina gave the set to Evelynn.

"Hmm. So modest." Evelynn looked at the plain blouse and loose pants. "I’m more familiar with more revealing clothes."

"You know what. There might be a problem letting her go around like that." The black cat stroked its whiskers in deep thought. "They would recognize her instantly."

"What should we do? Making another Mimicry Mask for her?" Selina said.

"That would require another catalyst. We don’t really have a good candidate at the moment." The black cat meowed.

Evelynn raised her hands. "Oh! I do have one candidate actually. Back then I had a girl. She’s a scapegoat for me most of the time when I don’t want to do something.

Of course, she isn’t beautiful like me. But with a pair of sunglasses and some make-up, no one would know the difference."

"We can use her. She pretended to be you. Now you pretend to be her, huh? That is fitting. What is this girl’s name?"

"Jean Mollison! She lives in Bay district."

"Before you can acquire your fake identity, you can use this." Aurora took out the red mask and gave it to Evelynn.

"This is..."

The goth girl from before rode out of the Forever Hill Cemetery.

The guard at the gate took a good glance at her. He remembered she arrived with herself. But for some reason, there was another beautiful girl living with her.

He didn’t think much about it.

"Probably an acquaintance that went before her." The guard shrugged and sat back in his chair.

There were many guards working on this gate. The second girl could have come before his shift.

These rich people didn’t have that good of a temper also. The last time a guard tried to do his job. He got his face bashed in by some blonde guy. That blonde guy was an actor of some superhero film or something if he remembered right.

They quickly arrived at the Bay District.

Aeliz was a very big city at the East Coast of the Union covering a vast area with different geographical terrains. It had a huge district at the coastline that was named very literally, the Bay District.

While the rich and wealthy stayed in the Hill or Valley District, the Bay District belonged to the middle class. These were the tourism companies, trading corporations, and so on...

Because of this reality, most of the people that wanted to get rich lived here. It had a low enough entrance for people to seek opportunities in and a good enough pay.

The media industry was also very well-developed here. Many people considered it as a branch from its main location, the Valley District.

Jean Mollison was a struggling actor before she found Evelynn and became her professional body double. Jean would attend fan meetings and other social events that Evelynn didn’t want to go.

She was basically Evelynn’s shadow.

Jean had a small seaside condo that was very near to the beach. It was very small with only one bedroom, one bathroom, and no other commodities.

The place was inside a collection of similar structures in the Valley District. Selina rode into the place and parked the motorcycle.

On her way here, she could see the significant change in populations and the way people were wearing clothes. They were more revealing and seaside. Some even wore bikinis or swimsuits running around.

Their attitude had also changed completely. Quite a few of them had catcalled Selina on her way here. She didn’t mind any of it but the black cat had secretly made a few men tripped on their faces.

"This must be the place."

The black cat, the goth girl, and the newest entry to the servant, Evelynn quickly found the condo. There was dust covering the door handle.

"Hmmm? This place seems abandoned." Selina said.

She tried the door. Obviously, it was locked. Selina used Chaos Control to warp the wooden material and opened the door.

"That’s the coolest thing I’ve ever seen!" Evelynn’s eyes lit up like Selina’s number one fan.

"You need to stop overreacting." The black cat meowed. 𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶

Evelynn had a habit of overreacting everything. It was just one of her antics from the entertainment industry.

Evelynn stuck her tongue out. "I’m sorry, Master. I will be more reserved."

"It’s alright. Just know that you need not to grab my attention. You are already mine." The black cat snickered lowly.

To become a popular singer, not only did she need a good voice and a good body. She needed to grab the attention of the people as well. That had led to Evelynn having this kind of behavior.

It was very good on the screen. But in real life, it felt extremely fake. The black cat didn’t like being fake. He only appreciated what was genuine.

They went inside.

Selina pushed the curtain out of the way, letting the light shine into the condo.

"Um... Are you sure she didn’t kill you, Evelynn?" The black cat meowed.

There was a big mirror on the opposite side of the bed with countless pictures and articles of Evelynn. The concerning thing was the countless lipstick marks and words being drawn on it.

There was a picture of Evelynn smiling into the camera. But it was drawn on top. The lipstick made her lips incredibly wide and her eyes were dark red like the devil.

An article with a title that said ’Aeliz’s Golden Princess won another award’ but a large ’BITCH’ was written on top of ’Princess’.

Selina plucked a picture down. "This Jean girl sure hates you, Evelynn."

This time Evelynn didn’t overreact. She froze in place.

Jean was her best friend. Evelynn shared a lot of things with her. Even things that she would never tell her family or boyfriend. Evelynn could never anticipate Jean to think about her like this.

"I... I thought she was my friend. I gave her many things. I always brought her along on my vacation." Evelynn’s lips trembled a little bit.

"Keep your friends close and your enemy closer." Mater pulled Selina’s phone out of her pocket. He did a quick search on the internet and found his answer. "She didn’t like you, Evelynn. She likes to be you."

The black cat pushed the phone to Evelynn. On the screen was the newest biopic about the Golden Princess of Aeliz City. The main star of the movie was Jean Mollison.
