Chapter 97: Chapter 99: Cheat codes

Drake was having dinner with three beauties at a nice restaurant not too far from the dorms.

"This establishment is quite good. I like the attention they paid to detail in the decorations and setting. Very professional." Sylvia commended and placed a small piece of meat in her little mouth.

Drake smiled and said, "I knew you’d like it. That is precisely why I chose to bring you here."

"Not bad, not bad. I have to give it to you Drake, you have good taste." Cassandra smiled softly and swirled her glass of red wine

"Yes, a 3 star course right off the bat, I have to say I’m impressed. It looks like joining your harem was the right choice indeed." Sophia also gave a complement.

Watching the three beauties enjoying themselves gave Drake a pleasant feeling.

And the looks on the faces of all the other men glaring at him as he was accompanied by three heavenly beauties made him feel even better.

’That’s right, go ahead and be green with envy. Glare as much as you want. Be envious, be jealous. I enjoy it when you guys do that.’ Drake thought proudly.

He raised his glass and said, "But of course, nothing but the best for you ladies."

"Ah, I remember you sent me a message earlier, saying that you needed to talk to me about something?" freewebnøvel_com

"Yes, we were just wondering how you were after that fight last night. I had sensed that while you looked fine, your internal organs were a mess. I had thought you would be bedridden somewhere, Who would have thought you would be so sprite?" Cassandra said her eyes narrowing a bit.

Drake’s heart shook, but he didn’t let it show. "As you can see, I am doing perfectly fine now." he said.

In his heart he was thinking, ’As expected of a Vampire, their senses are not something to joke about. I really need to be more careful.’

"So what got into you that made you invite us out today?" Sophia inquired.

"Yes, I’m also wondering what you were thinking, to invite all three of us out at the same time." Sylvia nodded.

Drake chuckled and said, "You can just consider it me, feeling a bit generous, this is just a small celebration for us, in successfully spending one week in Alpha Academy."

"So it’s an anniversary eh? You’re quite the romantic." a sultry smile gleaned on Cassandra’s lips. "But if this is a celebration, then why are you the only one who’s drinking water, you also didn’t order anything for yourself."

Drake shrugged. "Well I’m drinking water because I have to cultivate later so I want to keep my head clear. As for why I’m not eating, that is because the Chef that made this food tonight is a woman.

"Oh, you have something against women’s cooking?" Cassandra asked, the other two girls also narrowed their eyes staring intently at Drake.

Drake replied, "Not really. It’s just that apart from my mother, I only allow special women who are close to me to cook my food. You know the old saying, ’the easiest way to a man’ heart is through his stomach.’"

He chuckled and added, "We wouldn’t want to leave cheat codes lying around for other women now would we?"

They all laughed at it and continued with their dinner while chatting.

Just at this moment, Drake heard some muttering as someone passed behind him. This caused Drake to raise an eyebrow; he was intrigued.

"Interesting!" Drake thought and excused himself from the table.

Drake walked into the mens restroom and shut the door behind him. and stared at the young man dressed in a white long sleeved shirt and Black pants standing in front of the mirror.

Simon Wes!

"Hey Simon, what’s on your mind that’s got you so down?" Drake asked his classmate.

Simon was startled by the sudden question.

He turned around and was surprised to see Drake leaning on the door with his arms folded.

"Oh, it’s you Drake. It’s nothing, just forget about it." Simon shook his head then left the bathroom, passing by Drake..

Drake moved and let the guy go. But he secretly and quietly circulated his magic power.

’Mind Power!’

A formless invisible wave spread out from the center of Drake’s glabella.

When it brushed over Simon as he passed beside Drake, he couldn’t help but smile a bit.

Drake also exited the bathroom and saw Simon helping a lady at a table. He slowly walked over.

As he passed beside him he bumped into Simon.

"Oh, Sorry about that." Drake said then walked away.

But what Simon had failed to notice, was that when Drake had bumped into him he had touched his students wristband against Simon’s.

Simon stared at Drake as he walked away; he was a bit skeptical.

After helping the lady to her seat, Simon also took his seat as the waiter arrived.

"Hello and welcome to our humble establishment, what can I get for you?" the waiter greeted with a professional smile.

Simon once again looked at his student wristband. This was the ’n’ hundredth time he had done this in the last thirty minutes.

(Where ’n’ is a value between ten and one million.)

As he was doing this however, he noticed there was a paper in his palm that wasn’t there before.

He checked it and found a small note.

....You owe me!....

That was all that was written on it.

Simon didn’t understand so he threw it to the back of his mind. And checked his Mage points.

’2000 Mage points!’

"Wait hold on 2000, this is wrong. I’m sure I only had 1800 a few seconds ago." Simon was surprised, "Where did the extra 200 Mage points come from."

His mind roamed a bit and he remembered the note.

....You owe me!....

There was just that one line. Simon raised his head to look over in Drake’s direction.

He caught sight of Drake smiling at him.

Drake mouthed a few words he recognized.

"You owe me!"

Simon was stunned for a second, he couldn’t help but smile and mouthed the words.

"Thank you!"

Drake looked away, turning back to the conversation he was having with the three ladies. And Simon turned back to the waiter.

"Yes we’ll have the 3 star course for the both of us."

The waiter nodded,"Of course, excuse me." he said then left to get their order.

"3 star course are you sure." The beautiful lady seated in front of Simon asked with surprise.

Simon grinned, "Of course! It’s the end of our first week in Alpha academy I think we should celebrate it." he said grandly.

...

BANG!

Drake walked through the doors with large bags in his arms and closed it behind him upon returning to the dorm room.

"Boss!"

"Boss!"

The twins and the Wolff Brothers had been waiting and quickly surrounded him.

"How did it go?" Paul asked nervously.

Drake nodded. "The work is done."

"And?" Friday asked.

Drake shook his head, "Now, we wait for our fate. Set the clock for Breakfast."

"So what do we do in the mean time."

"For now I got us the supplies." Drake raised the large bags in his arms. "I also got us some grub so we won’t have to starve through the night." he said.

Drake quickly walked into the Kitchen and in just a few minutes the former empty shelves were all fully stocked with kitchen supplies.

"Woah you got so many! What’s going to happen if she doesn’t show?"

"Trust me, she’ll show."

And so the ten Musketeers sat and had dinner together. While the ladies had a 3 star course that cost 3000 Mage points, they were having Basic food for dinner.

’You want to look good in front of the ladies, you have to be ready to pay the price.’

...

Drake woke up early the next morning and went out for his morning run after waking the Wolff Brothers.

When Drake returned to the dorm room, he was welcomed by the sight of a luxury breakfast served personally by none other than Sylvia.

Cassandra and Sophia were also present at the table.

"My goodness Sylvia, this is magnificent. You have a true gift." Drake praised generously.

"Yeah Boss is right, this is amazing."Sunday nodded.

"Mhm." Monday bobbed his head with his mouth stuffed

Wednesday just kept repeating, "So good!"

"Hey Sylvia, what do you think about starting your own restaurant." Monday suddenly asked.

Drake’s gaze immediately sharpened and he knocked on Monday’s head. "No way! You want to share this amazing food with more people. That’ll be wasting a heavenly treasure on pigs." he said.

"We’re not going to be doing it for free. It’s a restaurant. They’ll be paying to eat!" Monday explained.

Drake’s face darkened, he roared. "You think anything they give will be comparable to Sylvia’s cooking. The mere thought of doing such is pure blasphemy."

"That’s right nothing is worthy of being exchanged for this." Wednesday also nodded.

Sylvia’s face was so red after having her cooking being praised so much. She wanted to find somewhere to bury her head and hide from embarrassment.

She didn’t even notice that Peter and Paul were also devouring the food on the table quietly.

Paul had tears in his eyes, "This is it Brother, this is that taste."

"Calm down Brother, I know I know." Peter nodded and patted his brothers shoulder.

Drake growled at Monday, "You apologize to Sylvia this instant."

"You’re right, I’m sorry Sylvia. I was wrong." Monday lowered his head.

"It’s good that you know your wrongs" Drake nodded in approval. "From now on Sylvia cooks only for us." he said.

Drake and the Wolff brothers praise was so much that they didn’t realize they had provoked a certain someones jealousy.

Or two of them.

Drake and the others all went to class that day with wide smiles on their faces.

"And that my boys, is how you get a girl to willingly do things for you without asking. Any questions."
