Demon King: Hero, don't run away!-Chapter 1289: Suicide Truck
Capítulo 1289: Chapter 1289: Suicide Truck
The movements of Count Blood’s subordinates were faster than expected, causing Bai Jin to frown slightly.
Given the current situation, it was impossible to complete the second teleportation. Bai Jin decisively decided to wait until the situation stabilized before meeting up with Yang Yu and the others.
Bai Jin altered the Teleportation Magic Array and established contact with Yang Yu:
“We’ve encountered some special circumstances here and probably won’t be able to meet up with you on time. I’ve decided to handle the situation here first and find you once things are stable.”
Listening to Bai Jin’s voice, Yang Yu frowned and looked through the hole towards Bai Jin’s direction.
Seeing the giant whale lingering beneath the warship, Yang Yu also quickly made a judgment:
“It’s not possible.
Tell Luo Luosi to get the warship moving!
It’s difficult for us to go back and help you now.
If we lose this opportunity, it will be difficult to launch another attack on Count Blood.
We’re going to proceed, at least familiarize ourselves with the castle.
You must protect yourselves, try to stand in the sunlight. As long as you’re in the sunlight, Count Blood can’t harm you.”
“Alright. I understand. You must also take care to protect yourselves.
If anything happens, I absolutely won’t hold back.
If there’s an issue…”
Bai Jin seemed to remember something, lowered her head, somewhat helpless,
“Telepathy extends too far… Even with the Crystal Ball, I can’t guarantee you’ll have time to receive my contact. If something happens on your side, it won’t be convenient for you to contact me either…”
Hualan patted her chest and said: “If we need to communicate, just leave it to me! I’ll send a Ghost Little Fish to Ms. Bai Jin, and if anything happens, we can inform each other through the Ghost Little Fish.”
Bai Jin, relieved, said: “I’ll leave it to you then.”
The brown giant whale struck the ship again, causing the warship to shake violently, Bai Jin used Dancing in the Air to float in midair and wasn’t affected by the quake.
But others weren’t so fortunate; Qiuye almost fell onto the deck. Fortunately, Luo Hasta controlled the situation, using a lot of tentacles to stabilize himself and then others, ensuring no one fell off the warship.
The whale’s strike was strong; no one knew how many more hits the hull could withstand.
Once the brief strike ended, Luo Luosi decisively ramped up full speed, quickly distancing the warship from the whale.
He Meng glanced at the hole where Yang Yu and others were, then at the many Slimes left on the spot, and finally at the aerial forces approaching them.
These Slimes were originally prepared to combat Count Blood; the island is fraught with hidden threats, unknown poisonous creatures lurking in the shadows.
Sending these Slimes to Yang Yu and the others would better realize their value.
But Bai Jin couldn’t normally release the Teleportation Magic Array now…
Was there any other way to send these Slimes to their location?
Hualan came to the side of the hole, summoned a string of Spiritual Little Fish, converging into a Shark, and quickly launched it towards Bai Jin.
Upon seeing this, He Meng suddenly had an epiphany; since they could drop things down, why couldn’t she throw the Slimes up?
Her body shook, emitting a whirring sound, constantly calculating the feasibility of this method, soon coming to a conclusion.
He Meng emitted a sound only Slimes could understand, and under He Meng’s command, the scattered Slimes quickly gathered.
Bai Jin found it strange, curious about what He Meng wanted to do. While waiting for Hualan’s fish to swim into her hand, she connected with He Meng’s telepathy to learn her idea.
The Spiritual Shark approached Bai Jin, spitting out a tiny Spiritual Little Fish, which burrowed into the necklace on Bai Jin’s neck.
The spirit entering Bai Jin’s necklace was just one among thousands.
The other Small Fish spirits continued under Hualan’s control, plunging into the sea, swelling cooperatively and transforming into a larger Shark, attacking the persistent brown whale, buying time for Bai Jin and the others.
Hualan hadn’t expected that, shortly after the Spirit Little Fish was sent, Bai Jin sent a message back to them, telling them He Meng’s plan.
Yang Yu’s response was simple: “If they have courage and confidence, let them go for it!”
With Yang Yu’s approval, He Meng confidently came to the spacious deck, constantly transforming into a giant catapult, spinning its mechanical structure to build compression force.
Countless Slimes jumped onto the catapult He Meng transformed into, holding hands to merge into a large multi-colored cannonball, continuously releasing various Enhancement Skills.
Before long, the Slime group had hardened, indistinguishable from a real cannonball.
Confirming the Slimes were sufficient, He Meng gathered strength, using the transformed mechanical structure to hurl the fused Slime towards Yang Yu and the others.
“Whoosh—” with a sound, the Slime cannonball carved a multi-colored trajectory through the sky.
Yang Yu blew into his palms, together with Lotcar who transformed into human shape, prepared to stop this flying reinforcement.
But unexpectedly, the Slime cannonball launched by He Meng didn’t fly to the room where Yang Yu and others were but, with a loud boom, smashed another wall, crashing into the adjacent room.
Yang Yu shook his head; He Meng’s aim… It seems to require more practice.
Nevertheless, Yang Yu was immensely grateful to He Meng for sending such vital combat strength to them.
“Lotcar!”
Yang Yu glanced at the robust middle-aged man beside him, Lotcar understanding the signal, swinging his fist to smash the wall before them, welcoming the Slimes.
To Yang Yu’s surprise, what they first noticed wasn’t the massive Slime ball but a widespread bloodstain on the floor.
Following the bloodstain, several strange creatures resembling wolves or lizards appeared, slammed into the wall by the solidified giant Slime ball, vomiting blood relentlessly, on the verge of death.
Nobody expected the first kill in the battle against Count Blood to happen this way.
Opening the system panel, Yang Yu checked the attributes of each Synthetic Beast, their attributes weren’t high, averaging around level 20, quite low.
With such a collision from the Slimes, their blood bars were completely swept clean.
Characters like Count Blood should not have creatures with such low levels in their castle.
Unusual events often signal something amiss.
Yang Yu quickly thought of a possibility. Despite being guarded by Helot, Yang Yu instinctively covered his mouth and nose.
The next moment, as Yang Yu imagined, the dying Synthetic Beasts began to swell rapidly at an eye-visible speed, “Boom—” exploding on the spot, releasing a large amount of dark green gas, engulfing the entire room, and thoroughly swallowing Yang Yu and the others.
Indeed, these seemingly weak Synthetic Beasts were explosive trucks!
