Evolving My Mythic Legion With A Legendary Skill-Chapter 107: The Great Battle
After leaving dozens of slimes in the field, Neil walked out and saw the number of beasts around had greatly decreased.
Dead bodies lay all over the snowy ground, the speed of the Domain had nearly doubled.
Thankfully before any Beast King could find them, they had travelled close to the initial position of the settlement.
"This should be fine." Neil said, stopping the Domain, finally there were no more wild creatures around.
Normally, the links interfered with the control over the Carceral Citadel, allowing the transactions and skill usage.
But the links that were forcefully opened after that explosion made contacting outside nearly impossible.
Neil wanted to let his teacher know he was fine, but that would have to wait.
He could enter the Clash Realm but now he would have to go along with his plans, it would be troublesome if the Beast Kings came to find him first.
And it’s not like Cinthia would be waiting for him there all the time, right?
Neil glanced at the Watch Towers whose build seemed better and the archers looked quite stronger.
Though their strength was not yet at the Mythic Class, the four were only at the 2nd Origin Diamond Class.
Finally, he glanced at the two new Electro Towers.
The metallic towers each stood at a height of nearly three metres, taking a space of around a metre square on the ground.
Faint bolts of lightning could be seen buzzing at the top, this thing could cook anything alive below the 3rd Origin Bronze Class.
"Bob, do these things need to be charged or something?" Neil questioned, he wanted to test them out.
"No lord, they draw power from the air and the ground, so they can keep sending powerful electric bolts without any supply." Bob answered.
"Nice." Neil wondered, when his Domain evolved to the 3rd Order, what sort of new defences and buildings he would get.
That evolution was said to be as important as from 5th to 6th Order, when one leaves the Zoratian planet.
"Anyway, there is one important task I have to do now. It is finally time to properly start the war."
Neil still wasn’t confident that with his current strength he could defeat that Beast King.
So, he was still going to go with his original plan.
After hiding his Domain away, for the next three days, Neil went on a mad hunt.
He butchered thousands of beasts, painting both the hot and cold sides with blood.
Clearing many links, he had nearly wiped out the entire armies of both the Beast Kings.
Neil was killing on one side while Magnar and Leon were handling the other, the rest were tasked to protect the Domain.
Having access to the potions allowed them to fight without the fear of injuries or running out of Essence.
Within three days, the remaining population inside the Carceral Citadel had been reduced by more than 98 percent.
Both the cold and hot sides were enveloped by a heavy storm, which showed the rage of the Beast Kings.
"Hoo And we are done." The spear flew around quickly, piercing through the heads of several Frost Bears.
Now that his strength had increased, he could control the spear even better.
Looking at the remaining Frost Bear which had all its limbs cut off, Neil tried to use his Mind Space skill.
"Phantom’s imprint, I wonder what effect it will have. Is it related to the Imprints?"
[Phantom’s Imprint Activation Failed!]
Tattoos started forming over his face, back and arms, faintly glowing but then they just faded.
He tried several times but it didn’t work.
"I do always feel something is missing, sigh my Phantom part is not complete somehow..."
Killing the last Frost Bear, Neil dashed away and regrouped with Leon and Magnar.
The familiar was seated over the commander’s shoulder.
"Are you done?" Neil asked, as he glanced into the distance.
"Yes lord, we have slaughtered every last centipede we could find. Heh." Leon seemed rather pleased.
He quite enjoyed the act of killing, and showed that smile after killing off everyone.
"Like lord like subject hehe." Nemo laughed.
"Alright, the big battle should be starting soon.
But the two Beast Kings must have equal strengths, so without a catalyst they won’t fight to the death." Neil spoke with a serious expression.
"We are ready to fight till death, lord!" Leon said excitedly, no fear in his eyes.
Neil just shook his head, this guy was way too loyal.
"Alright then, it’s time." He said, glancing at the large figures.
Neil would have preferred to prepare better, but the Beast Kings would have found his Domain soon, so he had to strike first.

The lava boiled over, it was as if several volcanoes had exploded at once.
DRRRRIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Seeing the ground littered with dead bodies of its subjects, the Scoria Centipede Beast King let out a heart-wrenching scream.
There were many Frost Bear corpses lying among them, it instantly filled the enormous centipede with immense killing intent.
It was the doing of its lifelong enemy, the Frost Bear Beast King.
The two were born at the same time and were lucky enough to obtain something wonderful from that citadel.
Their strength grew rapidly, and before long they had become rulers of this land.
They possessed some level of intelligence and became slaves to the darkness locked in there.
By following a few rules such as not wiping out the humans, not letting anyone reach 3rd Origin or themselves evolving to the next Origin.
Although there were some fights between their subjects, the two didn’t get involved usually.
On the other side, the Frost Bear King also let out a terrifying roar, seeing nearly thousands of corpses piled up in front of him.
There was lava around and many centipede corpses.
While roaring he ran towards the hot side, each footstep making the ground shudder.
Neil was properly hidden, while Leon and Magnar were even farther away, those two could be killed too easily.
So Leon would give his support from far away using the Elemental Bow.
’It’s starting...’ Holding his breath and completely hiding his presence, Neil planned to watch the battle for now.
’After their anger subsides the two will stop fighting, but should receive plenty of injuries by then.’
GUUUUOOOOOOOOOOO!
The fog parted as the giant figure of the Frost Bear King was revealed, it looked truly terrifying, with sharp teeth and deadly claws.
Magnar would look like a child in front of this creature, its body bursting with energy.
On the other side, the ground exploded as the equally big Centipede rushed out of the ground, its countless disgusting legs spouting out lava.
Neil saw the two beasts, the sight surprising him a little, but staying calm, he looked at their ranks.
[Frost Bear: 3rd Origin Mythic Class]
[Scoria Centipede: 3rd Origin Mythic Class]
’How can this be? Mythic Class?!’ This truly shocked him, no wonder these beasts were so powerful.
’Does that mean all Forbidden Zones have Mythic Class creatures? But then why does no one know about them?
Maybe it is information only limited to the top powers...’ Neil had so many questions.
The two beasts surged forward, entangling in a deadly battle.
The blizzard became even more bizarre and the lava exploded violently, the two regions were in complete chaos.
