Neil had checked the rewards and tested his soul space skills.

Now it was time to test the phases of his phantom forms.

[Phantom 1st Phase!]

His body transformed into the same phantom form, though now it looked a bit taller and bulkier.

Black fog emitted out of his skin, appearing monstrous.

’Even this form has gotten stronger, let’s continue!’

[Phantom 2nd Phase!]

He just needed to think and his body naturally began to shift, transforming quickly.

Even more fog started to burst out, darkness surrounding him, though there was little change physically.

As the transformation completed and Neil was in the 2nd phase for the first time, he was very shocked upon sensing the changes.

’The essence and my stamina, hmm even regeneration!’

The essence in his cores was like lava, sizzling and expanding. Not only had it become twice as powerful, but it even seemed to increase greatly in quantity.

Neil felt that even if he fought a very long battle, his body would still be in peak state.

’So, this state is for elongated battles, it didn’t bring much physical change otherwise.’

Just the regeneration of his health, stamina, and essence had become terrifying now.

Time to test the 3rd phase, he was really curious about it as the 3rd phase should also be very important just like the 3rd evolution.

Taking a deep breath, Neil felt his heart thump like war drums, blood gushing through his veins making them bulge.

An armor made of fog surrounded his entire body, now he truly looked like a monster from hell with a height over 15 feet.

Neil’s strength had nearly doubled along with his agility, his mind felt dizzy for a few moments then double images started to appear in his brain.

’Huh? What’s going on?’ he was puzzled, waving his hand forward and quickly understood.

He could kind of see any movement in advance, there was a delay of like a second, giving him enough time to react.

Neil sprinted, his body turning into a blur as he ran nearly at twice the speed.

His physical stats had been increased, while his senses became terrifyingly powerful.

’This armor, it looks quite special...’ he smashed directly into the ice mountain he had formed before.

BOOM!

And much to Neil’s shock, before anything could touch his body, everything was destroyed.

There was a space of a centimetre between the darkened skin and the fog armor, which kept buzzing at high intensity, stopping everything from getting closer.

’This is awesome!’ Neil exclaimed as he walked back, not even his feet were touching the ground.

He decided to check if even his attacks had gotten stronger, he activated Aquamorph and, barely using any energy, shot a blade of fluid.

BANG

A big part of the ice mountain smashed, shaking violently as the blade struck.

’Damn, so not only does it bring great changes in physical stats, but even such heightened senses, this wonderful armor and makes skills stronger.’

But upon thinking about it, the strong attack power might also be present in the 2nd phase.

So, it brought a physical upgrade, a senses upgrade and the armor. Pretty great.

"With all this, my physical strength is already very high. I wonder up to which class of 4th Origin I can defeat." Neil felt excited.

Now he could enter the clash battles too, as long as the creature in the sea didn’t attack, there shouldn’t be any problem.

"Alright, time to go and check the two domains and collect the spoils of war." First he chose the bear king’s domain.

After locking the direction, he ran at full speed as his body transformed into a phantom.

[Phantom 3rd Phase!]

He still needed to get used to it, and it was not like transforming was putting any strain on him, since it was his true form.

His speed exploded, he left afterimages. Deep footsteps were left on the ground, the snow melting from wherever he passed, as he left a trail of darkness.

The armor covering him head to toe looked dreadful.

In just a few minutes he covered the large area, the extreme cold now had no effect on him.

’So this is the domain of the Frost Bears...’ It was like a large frozen building.

There were still a few Frost Bears that were hiding, instead of killing them directly, Neil decided to test his skill on them.

His gaze was fixed on a Frost Bear which just froze in terror seeing the figure of the big abomination, it was too scary.

’Heh, monsters are frozen upon seeing me, I am a monster for this beast.’ Neil shook his head and then...

[Phantom’s Imprint Activated!]

Instantly strange patterns appeared over the creature’s body, and an invisible imprint appeared over its soul.

Of course, none of it could be seen by others.

For a moment, the bear twitched then it began to scream in madness, blood gushing out of its entire body.

This imprint dealt direct damage to the soul space, the bear died within moments without Neil even putting in any force or using any soul space moves.

[You have killed a 2nd Origin Silver Class Frost Bear!]

He tried it a few more times and killed them all, finally there was no more disturbance.

Walking into the domain, he soon entered the core room and saw the core of the domain which was protected by a barrier.

But just by a faint touch of his fog armor, the barrier shattered.

Neil picked up the core safely, as the armor turned solid around his arm, and messages appeared before him.

[3rd Order Diamond Class!]

[Would you like to take the Domain Core or own the Domain?]

"What the fuck?! Why isn’t it Mythic Class? Weren’t those beasts mythic?" Neil frowned, disappointment clearly visible in his pitch black eyes.

In the phantom form, even his voice was distorted and heavy.

"Master, the beasts don’t really need the domains for evolution. They just steal the domains or take abandoned ones, they can’t even evolve the domain." Nemo explained.

Neil could only sigh, it wasn’t Mythic but at least it was of 3rd Order, which was somewhat satisfying.

"Will the other be the same? If so, then I will get two 3rd Order Diamond Class domain cores, not bad." With his strength, getting three of 2nd Order wouldn’t be difficult.

So maybe it was better.

He stored the domain away and travelled towards the hot side, his speed was really too fast.

Next he was standing in front of a lava palace, where lava was pouring down all over the place.

But it couldn’t even touch his skin, the armor was just OP.

After killing some lingering beasts he entered the core room and took the core.

’I guess I am now almost set for the future, though I wonder what else I will need to upgrade my domain later.’ He thought.

"Master, there is a message from your teacher!" just then Nemo spoke.
