Jiang Ruan jerked her head up; someone was calling her.

Her bag was over in the passenger seat.

The ringing hadn’t lasted a few seconds before Chen Xiang freed his right hand, grabbed her phone, and tossed it out of the car window.

The speed was so fast Jiang Ruan didn’t have time to react.

The car returned to silence.

And Jiang Ruan felt completely chilled.

The car continued to move further away, and outside was pitch black; she couldn’t see anything.

Despair, fear, engulfed her entirely.

She didn’t know what fate awaited her next.

Thinking of this, Jiang Ruan gritted her teeth, deciding to throw caution to the wind, and shouted at the man in front.

"Who the hell are you? I have no grievances with you, why are you kidnapping me?"
