Forever Destined to the Silver Shadow-Chapter 262: Abducting the blonde-haired sleeping girl

Amelia’s POV:

"Queen, what are we going to do now?" Ivory screamed. "Can you make him go in a slumber again?"

The Queen nodded. "I would have to! But I can’t forever tackle him like this. So you both go to the Highland castle now and bring Celestia here—"

I shuddered and glanced at Ivory. Are we both supposed to do such a dangerous quest on our own? Unlike me, Ivory seemed cool.

"I can do the quest, My Queen," she said and bowed to Cynthia. But I didn’t do the same!

The Queen glared and said, "Amelia, what is with the hesitation?"

"It is just that..... we are supposed to sneak into the highly guarded Fae King’s castle and abduct the Dawn?!"

Just when the Queen was about to cross me, the frantic man appeared in our chamber. His eyes were red, just like flames that were burning up his hands.

"Cynthia.....," he roared like a panther. "How dare you make me sleep against my will?"

The Queen got scared of him—but she didn’t show off her fear. Instead, she smiled at her son and said, "I made you sleep because you needed it."

She froze on her feet once she got near him. "Listen to me, Theo! I know that you are frustrated right now," she said that while she had her gaze down on the red flames of his palms. "So I have made a decision to give you what you want the most. Can you now put down the flames and get back to normal?!"

"No..." he roared again. "I won’t trust a word that comes out of your mouth again." Then he glanced at Ivory and me. "You, too, are even worse than Cynthia. At least she doesn’t fake an act like you two—"

Theo has been mad before—but this is the peak version of him. I doubted if Cynthia could tackle him now!

"But now I am free," he shouted out. "I am not going to trust anyone else except Celestia."

"My son...," the Queen said in a bleak tone. "I am sending Ivory and Amelia to abduct that Fae girl. So please calm down. Get back to normal—"

"I don’t have time to listen to your lies," Theo snapped. "I am going to eradicate the land of Incubus and get my lady love by myself! And after I get her, I won’t stay in Selene. I will take her to the island that I made for her."

After that, he put off the flames from his hand, and he was about to disintegrate from the spot. But Cynthia held his hand firmly and shouted out to us, "You two go and get that Fae girl now! I will hold him back—"

We both would have left the spot, but we got worried about the Queen. Theo’s dark powers have taken over him now. How can we just leave without knowing that the Queen will be okay?

Even before I could suggest an alternate option to the Queen, Ivory held my hand, and she forced me to disintegrate from the spot.

Ivory and I appeared in the garden region of the Highland castle. Above us, the Moon Goddess was shining just moderately. Only in Selene, the rays of the moon are bright and radiant!

We were lucky that it was midnight here. It is easy to sneak into the castle at this time. But I still didn’t feel good about leaving the Queen alone with the Anti-Angel.

"We should have never left the Queen alone," I said to Ivory, who was looking up at the Fae High house flags that were flying up in the castle tower.

"The Queen will be fine! And can you think of a way to find Celestia here instead of whining?"

I was annoyed by her again. Still, I didn’t argue with her! Instead, I should focus on the quest.

"Come on, Amelia. You are the gifted Siren, and you can easily feel the presence of the Dawn."

I completely lost it after that. "Yes, I can do that! But if you stop nagging me, maybe I can do that soon—"

Then I shut my eyes tight and tried to feel the Angelic entity among all the normal energy beings that were around me. But I couldn’t feel her at all! Is she really in this castle or not?

I opened my eyes and blinked at Ivory. "I don’t think that she is here."

She frowned. "What do you mean by she is not here?"

I was about to give her a reply, but I immediately crouched behind the bushes when I felt a couple of energy beings approaching us. Ivory immediately understood my gesture, and she knelt behind the bushes, just like I did.

"If she is not here, then where could she be?" She asked me that in a whisper.

"I don’t know," I answered back in a soft tone.

"I suggest that we both sneak into her room and wait for her there. She definitely has to come back to her place, doesn’t she?"

"Yeah, that could work! Let us leave after a while. A couple of energy beings are wandering around here," I said to her.

Soon, we were able to hear the voices of those energy beings as they got closer to us.

"I had a very nice time today," said a girl’s voice that sounded just like Celestia’s.

"Me too! It was nice spending the day with you," said a man’s voice. What the hell is happening here?

I moved a little closer to the tree that was close to me and saw Edwin and Celestia, who were smiling at each other. Oh my goodness!

Then a lot of questions popped up in my mind at once. If she is Celestia, then why am I not feeling her Angelic powers? Her body is completely drained of powers! I wonder what the reason behind this is.

And the next question was that, what the hell are they both doing together? I penetrated into Celestia’s mind—to know her true feelings. I breathed out in relief when I sensed that Celestia sees Edwin just as her friend.

But Edwin was feeling more than that! He is attracted to her charmingness, and right now, he thinks that Celestia is cute when she smiles. I pity this guy; he might not live long. Theo is going to kill him once he knows about this.

"Fine, we’ll meet tomorrow," Celestia waved at Edwin, and she walked towards the castle. Edwin was standing still, and he sadly watched her leave. He wanted her to stay with him forever.

"Stop staring at that loser," Ivory hissed behind me. "And let us go to her room now—"

"Fine," I sighed. I should really warn this guy to watch out. I don’t want this poor guy to lose his life because of his stupidity!

Celestia was sleeping peacefully in her bed when we both got there. Even though she was sleeping, the fragrant candles that were in the room were still lit up. The whole room smelled like lavender. And this is also Theo’s favorite scent, and he uses this fragrance as a perfume most of the time. Do I smell something here?!

This poor girl desires Theo so much; still, she is supposed to bury down her emotions for the sake of Oberon. Recently, he had emotionally manipulated her, which had made her suppress her feelings entirely. But this is not going to last for long. She is going to be reunited with her lover soon!

"How are we even going to take her?" Ivory asked me.

"Maybe we can just hold her body and disintegrate from here," I suggested.

"What if she is heavy?!"

I pointed my finger at the blonde-haired sleeping girl and said, "Does she look heavy to you? She is very thin, and she must be weightless like a feather—"

I made a mistake by saying the last sentence a little louder, which made the sleeping girl wake up. She slowly opened her eyes and blinked at us. Then she let out a scream.

Ivory and I both ran to her, and I took the liberty of covering her pretty red lips. "Stop screaming, Celestia! We are here to take you to your love—"

She moaned in her throat and shook her head as if indicating that she didn’t want to come with us. In her mind, she was pleading with me to let her go.

"It is good that she is awake! Let us just drag her to Selene. After that, Theo will tame her," Ivory said to me.

Celestia pushed my hand away from her lips in a force and screamed out, "Just let me go! I don’t want to be with him—"

"You really don’t have a choice now, Fae girl," Ivory screamed back at her, and she pulled her down from the mattress—which made Celestia stumble on her feet and fall on the floor.

"Ivory, stop hurting her," I yelled at the mean girl.
