From Cannon Fodder to '80s Tycoon with My Space Supermarket-Chapter 252 - 183: Exposing the Truth (Part 3)
Besides, since they currently still have the IOU in their hands, the chance of getting that money back is much higher. If her family decides to play tricks, they could easily file a lawsuit and bring them all to court to have a judge order them to repay the money.
So, early this morning, judging by the looks of it, they are planning to go to Mrs. Fu’s parent’s home to ask for the money.
Sure enough, as soon as this thought formed in Jiang Xin’s mind, she heard Mrs. Fu say:
"Jiang Xin, you’re up already. Breakfast is in the pot. If you want to eat, just heat it up yourself. The three of us are going out to take care of something."
"We probably won’t be back until the afternoon."
After Mrs. Fu finished speaking, she hurriedly dragged Fu Yu and Mr. Fu out of the house.
Regarding the matter of supporting her family, Mrs. Fu didn’t want Jiang Xin to know. After all, it’s not exactly a glorious affair. If her daughter-in-law found out about the foolish things she’s been doing secretly, it might negatively affect their family.
Initially, Jiang Xin was already planning to divorce their second son. If this matter were to come out, it would only firm Jiang Xin’s resolve to go through with the divorce.
So, she thought it best not to mention it.
Of course, Jiang Xin wasn’t too interested to ask either.
At home, she casually ate a bit of breakfast, thinking that she didn’t have to go to the market early today to meet up with Lin Ye.
Jiang Xin suddenly found she had more free time, so she thought she might as well head to the photo studio to see if her photos had been developed yet.
If they were ready, she could use these photos to expose Jiang Wan’s true colors.
Now that Fu Yu was back in the village, surely the people there would, as before, start to spread the old stories with great enthusiasm.
After all, in this village, there’s not much in the way of entertainment for the women besides gossiping endlessly.
By then, their issues would definitely be dredged up and brought out again, and who knows how ugly the things said behind their backs could be.
When Jiang Xin arrived at the photo studio and stepped inside, an employee immediately came up to her, and upon seeing her, he said with delight:
"You’re finally here; the boss has been looking for you for days."
"The photo you wanted developed was ready a couple of days ago."
"It’s all been packaged and categorized according to your instructions, a total of fifty copies. The boss had been trying to contact you but couldn’t reach you."
In fact, not many days had passed since Jiang Xin had requested the photos be developed at the studio.
At the normal pace, it shouldn’t have been completed so quickly.
After all, there were quite a number of photos, so it was quite a hassle to develop them. If it was finished much earlier than expected, it must be that the boss worked overtime secretly at night. Otherwise, it couldn’t be done so fast.
A sense of gratitude rose in Jiang Xin’s heart, and she thought this boss was truly a good person, knowing she was in a hurry to use the photos.
The employee directly led Jiang Xin over to the boss, who upon seeing her, immediately greeted her warmly:
"Finally, I see you in person. Your photos have been developed; take a look and see if they’re okay. If not, we can make some adjustments."
After all, they figured that Jiang Xin must be planning to use these photos for something big, so naturally, not the slightest error could be allowed.
Jiang Xin took the photos, opened one of the packages, checked it, and after finding no problems, she thanked the photo studio’s boss, paid the rest of the balance, and left with the photos.
Jiang Xin had a plan in mind. By tonight, she would go around the village, delivering photos to each household, ensuring that by tomorrow, every family would know that Jiang Wan was being a homewrecker involved with a married man.
By then, even if she couldn’t clear herself of accusations of framing the original owner, since there was no evidence, at least this would regain some ground.
It would cause Jiang Wan to completely lose face in the village.
After securing the photos, Jiang Xin then made a trip to the market. No matter what, she had to check out the situation. She couldn’t act too detached as a hands-off boss.
After all, she was the stall owner and ultimately had to take a look at the situation.
Although Lin Ye could handle things well on his own,
